The 53rd edition of the New Delhi World Book Fair 2026 — one of the largest literary events in the world — is happening in New Delhi, India! This year’s fair brings together readers, authors, publishers, and book lovers from across India and abroad for 9 days of books, culture, and ideas.

📖 About the Fair

Organised by the National Book Trust (NBT), India under the Ministry of Education and co-organised by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), this annual fair has grown into a global platform for literature, publishing trade, cultural exchange, and reading culture.

This year’s theme is:
✨ “Indian Military History: Valour & Wisdom @ 75”, a tribute to the Indian Armed Forces with dedicated exhibitions, history books, talks, and visual installations.
