00:00Well, I had to do a photo shoot yesterday, and on the way there, it was for a magazine about
00:10Fair City,
00:11and on the way there, John and I, John was driving, I was in the passenger seat,
00:16and my phone rang and it said caller ID, and usually that's the hospital or one of the consultants from
00:25the hospital.
00:26And it was, and I thought, okay, this is it, my results, and it was one of the amazing cancer
00:38care nurses from Norfolk and Norwich Hospital,
00:41they are fantastic, and she wanted to know how I was doing.
00:46I told her, I've got quite a lot of soreness, which I've not had for ages, but it came on
00:55a few days ago.
00:56And so she said, I could be overdoing things, whatever, hopefully I'm not, I've had a lazy day today.
01:07But then she said, no results yet, because there's a backlog, so hopefully I'll get them next week.
01:19And you know when your heart's in your mouth, you think, this is it, it's coming now, any minute, and
01:24then, no, nothing.
01:27And I just thought, obviously we're still moving in the car, and I just thought, I can't do this now,
01:34I cannot paint a smile on my face again.
01:39Anyway, I did it, and you just do, don't you, everybody's the same.
01:46And then, when I'd finished, we went out for some dinner, and that was really nice.
01:53And the other thing I was thinking was, John's painting the bedroom in our new home, and doing all that,
02:02so it'd be lovely for me, for radiotherapy, etc., if I am tired.
02:08And I just thought, I could not go through this by myself.
02:12And I feel for anyone who's going through it by themselves.
02:17I really do.
02:21If you are, you're much stronger than me, that's for sure.
