00:00Second season begins at a marine base in Shellstown, where chaos erupts after three Baroque
00:06Works agents launch an attack. Marines rush for cover as Mr. Five, Miss Valentine, and Miss
00:12Allsunday move through the base, defeating anyone who tries to stop them. Miss Allsunday
00:17demonstrates her strange power, the Hanahana no Mi, which allows her to grow copies of her limbs
00:23from different surfaces, even from the bodies of her enemies. Using this ability, she easily
00:29overwhelms the remaining Marines. After clearing the base, the three agents head to a secure
00:35room where the body of Mr. Seven is being kept. They worry about the consequences if their
00:41leader, Mr. Zero, discovers what happened. Since the one responsible for Mr. Seven's death
00:46is Roronoa Zorro, they decide to track him down along with his pirate crew. Before leaving,
00:52they force the only surviving Marine to reveal where the Straw Hat Pirates are headed.
00:57The story then shifts to the Straw Hat sailing aboard the Going Mary as they travel toward
01:03the Grand Line. Monkey D. Luffy continues chasing his dream of finding the legendary treasure
01:09known as the One Piece and becoming King of the Pirates. However, the crew is running low
01:14on supplies, so they decide to stop at the nearest island before continuing their journey.
01:20Their destination becomes Logetown, the largest marine base in the East Blue.
01:26Most of the crew quickly agrees with the plan. Sanji wants to restock food, Nami plans to shop,
01:33and Zorro needs to buy new swords. Usopp is the only one worried about visiting a town filled
01:38with Marines, but he is outvoted after Luffy says he wants to see the island as well.
01:43Logetown is famous as the place where the pirate king, Goldie Roger, was born and later executed,
01:48and Luffy wants to visit the execution site. The episode briefly flashes back to the day of Roger's
01:56execution. Marine hero Monkey D. Garp visits Roger in his prison cell. Roger asks Garp to do him a
02:03favor. Find his son and take care of him. Garp does not give a clear answer, but Roger seems certain
02:09he
02:09will do it. After their conversation, Garp leaves the cell and the story returns to the present.
02:14When the Straw Hats reach Logetown, they discover the town celebrating the 22nd anniversary of Roger's
02:21execution with a large festival. The crew splits up to gather supplies. Sanji and Luffy search for food,
02:28Nami and Usopp head toward the fashion district, and Zorro goes looking for swords. Meanwhile,
02:34a mysterious man wearing a black robe quietly watches them from a distance. At the port, Marine Captain
02:41Smoker arrives with a captured pirate. He orders the lower-ranking marines to remain alert because
02:47many pirates are expected to visit during the festival. After giving his instructions, he begins
02:53patrolling the town. Elsewhere, Nami and Usopp browse through clothing shops, unaware that a green-haired
02:59man is watching them. At the same time, Zorro enters a sword shop where he accidentally bumps into a young
03:05woman. After helping her up, he continues inside. The shop owner, Ipponmatsu, becomes interested in
03:12Zorro's sword and tries to buy it from him, but Zorro refuses. The same woman soon rushes into the shop,
03:19excited after seeing Zorro's weapon. Her name is Tashigi, and she has a strong interest in katanas.
03:26Later, it becomes clear that she is a marine working under Smoker. While searching the shop,
03:31Zorro notices a sword that is being sold at a discount. Ipponmatsu hesitates to sell it because
03:38the blade is said to be cursed. Zorro decides to test it by throwing the sword into the air
03:43and holding his arm beneath it. If the sword cuts his arm, he will believe the curse. If it misses,
03:49the sword belongs to him. The blade spins through the air and narrowly avoids his arm. Impressed by
03:56Zorro's courage, Ipponmatsu gives him the sword for free, and even adds another one. In another
04:02part of town, Luffy and Sanji separate while searching for food. Sanji heads toward a market,
04:08while Luffy continues looking for Roger's execution platform. Around the same time, Nami encounters the
04:14green-haired man when he attempts to steal from her. She criticizes his technique, but he dismisses her
04:20and walks away. As Luffy asks people for directions to the execution platform, the same green-haired
04:27man appears again and introduces himself as Bartolomeo. He offers to guide Luffy there. After arriving,
04:34Luffy's straw hat suddenly blows away. While chasing it, he unexpectedly runs into Buggy the Clown and Alveda,
04:41who have joined forces to get revenge on him. Alveda briefly fights Luffy and eventually captures him
04:47using seastone handcuffs that weaken Devil Fruit users. She and Buggy then stage a fake trial before
04:54preparing to execute him at the same platform where Roger died. Meanwhile, Smoker hears that pirates
05:01have gathered at the execution platform and heads there with Tashigi. The rest of the straw hats also
05:07realize Luffy is missing and follow a crowd rushing toward the same location. The crew arrives just as
05:14Buggy prepares to execute Luffy. Standing on the platform, Luffy suddenly laughs and tells his crew
05:20that he is about to die. As Buggy raises his sword to strike, a powerful bolt of lightning suddenly crashes
05:26down and hits the platform. The impact saves Luffy and allows him to escape. However, Smoker and the
05:33Marines quickly arrive to arrest the pirates. The straw hats split up while trying to return to the going
05:39Mary. Zoro clashes with Tashigi while Luffy and Sanji confront Smoker. Nami and Usopp manage to reach
05:46the ship safely. During the fight, Smoker gains the advantage over Luffy and Sanji. Just before he
05:53finishes the battle, the mysterious man in the black robe appears and interferes. His identity remains
05:59unknown, but it is revealed that the world government is searching for him. In a sudden cloud of smoke,
06:05he and Smoker disappear, allowing Luffy and Sanji to escape. The straw hats reunite on the going Mary
06:13and quickly leave Logetown. They sail toward Reverse Mountain, the entrance to the Grand Line. Straw hat
06:20pirates attempting to pass through Reverse Mountain. Powerful currents and steep waters make the journey
06:25extremely dangerous, but the crew works together to guide their ship safely. Monkey D. Luffy takes control
06:32with confidence while Rono Azoro, Sanji, and Usopp help manage the ship against the rushing water.
06:38Nami carefully navigates, warning the crew about obstacles ahead. After a tense struggle against the
06:44rapids, the going Mary finally makes it through and descends into the Grand Line. Their relief does not
06:50last long. At the bottom of the mountain, they suddenly encounter Laboon, a gigantic whale living near
06:57twin capes. The ship ends up heading directly toward the whale's open mouth. Luffy manages to escape
07:03before the ship is swallowed, but the rest of the crew is trapped inside the whale along with the ship.
07:10Luffy later wakes up on the shore of Twin Capes. When he sees Laboon in the water, he tries to
07:15make the
07:15whale open its mouth so his friends can escape. Instead, the whale dives underwater. At that moment,
07:22Luffy meets an elderly man named Crocus, who lives in a lighthouse nearby. Soon, Laboon rises from the sea
07:30and violently crashes its head into the Red Line. Crocus fires a sedative at the whale, causing it to calm
07:36down and sink back into the water. Luffy angrily tells Crocus that his friends are still trapped inside
07:42the whale and need to be rescued. Crocus bluntly claims that they are already dead. Inside Laboon, however,
07:50the crew is still alive. Nami, Usopp, Sanji, and Zoro begin searching for a way to escape. They split up
07:58to complete different tasks. Usopp and Sanji explore a wrecked ship inside the whale while looking for a
08:04rowboat to replace the damaged one from their own vessel. Meanwhile, Nami and Zoro remain on the Going
08:10Mary and try to come up with a plan to leave the whale. Back in Logetown, Smoker orders Tashigi to
08:16prepare
08:17his bike for a journey to the Grand Line. Tashigi reminds him that they must first request permission
08:22from their superiors because the Grand Line is outside their authority. Before Smoker can respond,
08:29Monkey D. Garp arrives and asks to speak with him privately. During their conversation, Smoker makes
08:36it clear that he wants to pursue the straw hat pirates. Garp explains that the marines are dealing
08:41with other serious issues. The Alabasta is close to civil war and its princess has gone missing.
08:47At the same time, the Revolutionary Army continues gaining followers in its fight against the world
08:53government. Garp reveals that the army's leader is Monkey D. Dragon, the mysterious man seen earlier.
09:01Back at Twin Capes, Luffy repeatedly bangs on the lighthouse door until Crocus finally lets him inside.
09:07Because of Luffy's determination, Crocus eventually agrees to help him rescue his crew.
09:13Inside Laboon again, Usopp and Sanji find a rowboat beneath the arm of someone who appears to be dead.
09:20When Usopp tries to take it, the man suddenly wakes up and grabs his wrist. A fight begins between him
09:26and Sanji while Usopp takes the rowboat. The battle ends when the man is trapped in a net. During the
09:32fight,
09:32he mentions that he has a partner with him. The story then returns to the Going Mary, where Nami is
09:39struggling with her compass while pretending everything is fine in front of Zoro. When she
09:44looks back for it, she discovers that it has disappeared. Suddenly, a blade pierces through the table,
09:50and a blue-haired woman appears. A fight breaks out between her and Nami until Usopp and Sanji arrive
09:57with the captured man. The two strangers are revealed to be Miss Wednesday and Mr. Nine,
10:02both agents of Baroque works. Outside at Twin Capes, Luffy asks Crocus why Laboon keeps smashing
10:10its head into the red line. Crocus explains that long ago, the whale befriended the Roombar pirates.
10:17When the pirates entered the Grand Line, they left Laboon behind with Crocus and promised they would
10:22return someday. Ever since then, the whale has been waiting at the same spot, believing they are
10:28somewhere beyond the red line. Back inside Laboon, the Straw Hats argue with Miss Wednesday and Mr. Nine
10:35until the whale suddenly begins moving again. During the chaos, Usopp is thrown from the ship while
10:42repairing it. The crew rushes to save him, and even the two Baroque works agents help pull him back aboard.
10:49Outside the whale, Luffy sings a song once performed by the Roombar pirates. The sound calms Laboon and the
10:55whale opens its mouth, allowing the Straw Hats to escape. Before they leave Twin Capes, Crocus explains
11:02the purpose of a log pose to Nami. Since normal compasses cannot function properly in the Grand Line,
11:08the log pose records the magnetic field of an island and guides travelers to the next one.
11:14Crocus gives Nami his own log pose for their journey.
11:17As the crew prepares to leave, Luffy paints a Jolly Roger on Laboon's face and promises that they will
11:23return one day. Miss Wednesday and Mr. Nine are forced to travel with the Straw Hats for the time being.
11:31Back in Logetown, Smoker and Tashigi prepare to enter the Grand Line in search of both the Straw Hats
11:36and a Baroque works agent. At Twin Capes, Crocus watches the Going Mary sail away and wonders if Luffy
11:43might someday reach Laugh Tale and discover the One Piece. Meanwhile, Zorro imagines himself fighting
11:50Dracula Myhawk aboard the Going Mary. In his thoughts, he challenges Myhawk, determined to one day surpass him
11:57and claim the title of the world's greatest swordsman. The moment ends when Usopp shouts that he has caught a
12:03fish, pulling Zorro back to reality. While sailing, the Straw Hats notice that the weather constantly
12:10changes around them. Zorro later speaks with Mr. Nine in the kitchen while Monkey D.
12:15Luffy talks with Miss Wednesday elsewhere on the ship. Luffy soon brings Miss Wednesday onto the deck
12:22where the others are gathered. The crew is surprised because he has removed her restraints. Luffy explains
12:28that he is trusting his instincts and believes she will not harm them. Although the others remain unsure,
12:35Miss Wednesday suddenly points out a nearby island, distracting everyone. The island is called Cactus
12:41Island because its tall rock formations resemble giant cacti. It will be their next destination.
12:48When the Straw Hats turn around again, they see Miss Wednesday and Mr. Nine preparing to jump overboard.
12:54After saying goodbye, both agents leap into the water. The crew continues sailing and soon arrives at a
13:01town on the island called Whiskey Peak. At first, the townspeople stare at them suspiciously,
13:06but their behavior quickly changes. The crew meets a man named Igaram who introduces himself as the mayor of the
13:14town.
13:15He claims that the residents of Whiskey Peak welcome pirates. One villager tells the Straw Hats that another
13:21pirate crew visited the night before. Usopp asks if they are still around, but Igaram says they already left.
13:27Luffy then asks whether the town treats assassins as warmly as pirates, explaining that two assassins escaped
13:34from their ship. Igaram thanks him for the information and says the town will handle it.
13:41Nami asks how long a log pose takes to reset there, and Igaram tells her it will be ready by
13:46the next
13:47morning, meaning the crew must stay overnight. Meanwhile, Miss Wednesday and Mr. Nine arrive on the island.
13:54She tells him she plans to meet with Mr. Eight to discuss their failed mission. Later in the town tavern,
14:01Nami hears that the cactus-shaped mountains are dangerous. She wants to sketch the island from the top,
14:07and the warning only makes her more interested. Elsewhere, Luffy visits a bakery to look for food.
14:14While he samples desserts, Igaram enters the shop and warns him to be careful about trusting others.
14:19A moment later, Miss Wednesday appears from a back room, and Igaram accidentally says her name.
14:25Luffy immediately stands up. Igaram's true identity is then revealed. He is actually Mr. Eight.
14:32Miss Wednesday performs an enchanting vertigo dance while Mr. Eight plays a trumpet, successfully putting
14:38Luffy to sleep. At another location, Nami sees a mysterious man dropping what appears to be a dead body
14:44inside a building. After the man leaves, she enters the room and uncovers two dead pirates from the
14:50crew that visited the island earlier. The man returns and reveals that the town pretends to welcome pirates
14:57but secretly kills them and buries the bodies on the cactus mountains. Nami fights him and leaves to
15:03find Zoro. When she finds him, Zoro has already knocked out two townspeople. Realizing the island is
15:10dangerous, they separate to warn the others. Nami goes to find Luffy while Zoro heads to the tavern where
15:17Sanji and Usopp are. At the tavern, Zoro quickly gets into a fight with two townspeople. Mr. Nine appears
15:24from the upper floor, and Zoro realizes the entire town is filled with agents of Baroque works. Mr. Nine
15:30orders everyone to attack Zoro, believing that a hundred fighters can easily defeat him. Instead, Zoro cuts
15:37through wave after wave of enemies with his swords. Back at the bakery, Miss Wednesday and Mr. Eight
15:44discuss escaping the island because she has information that must reach her father. Luffy begins
15:49waking up after hearing them talk about stealing the going Mary. The pair attempt to escape by car,
15:55but Luffy stops them, and Nami arrives as well. Just then, Mr. Five and Miss Valentine appear.
16:02They reveal that they were sent to eliminate Miss Wednesday and Mr. Eight because they were
16:07investigating Baroque works. A battle breaks out. Meanwhile, Zoro rescues Sanji and Usopp from the
16:14tavern and defeats the remaining agents, including Mr. Nine. After escaping Mr. Five and Miss Valentine,
16:21Miss Wednesday finally tells Luffy and Nami the truth. She and Mr. Eight infiltrated Baroque works to
16:27uncover its secrets. During the fight, Mr. Eight is badly injured and says he cannot reach the ship.
16:33It is then revealed that Igaram is the captain of the Royal Guard of Alabasta and Miss Wednesday is
16:39the missing princess of the kingdom. As Mr. Five and Miss Valentine pursue them, Igaram stays behind to
16:46distract the enemies while the Straw Hats and Miss Wednesday escape aboard the going Mary. As the ship sails
16:52away, she watches Mr. Five set Igaram on fire. The next morning, Mr. Five and Miss Valentine try to
16:59recruit Mr. Nine to hunt down Miss Wednesday, but he refuses, and Miss Valentine kills him in the tavern.
17:06On the going Mary, Miss Wednesday reveals her real identity to the crew, Nefertari Vivi,
17:12Princess of Alabasta. She explains that Baroque works has been creating conflict between her father and
17:17their citizens, pushing the kingdom towards civil war. She also says they discovered the most important
17:23secret of the organization, the true identity of their leader, Mr. Zero. She must return to Alabasta
17:30with this information. At that moment, pink petals begin falling onto the ship. The petals signal the
17:36arrival of Miss All Sunday. She informs them that their upcoming stop is Little Garden, a perilous island.
17:44She presents them with an offer, starting by handing over an eternal pose, a type of log pose that
17:50always points to a single island. This one, she explains, will guide them to a remote location,
17:55keeping them away from trouble on Little Garden and from Baroque works. She even promises her
18:01organization won't interfere. Luffy refuses to trust her and smashes the eternal pose. Before leaping off the
18:09ship, Miss All Sunday warns that by protecting Miss Wednesday, they've become targets. The warning
18:15hangs over them as they approach Little Garden. Arriving on the island, they find it seemingly deserted,
18:22dominated by prehistoric flora and massive creatures. Dinosaurs roam freely. The crew splits into smaller
18:29groups to explore. Nami notices Usopp returning to the ship alone and rushes after him. Their reunion is
18:36interrupted when a giant suddenly appears, asking for ale. After drinking their supply, he carries them
18:41away. Elsewhere, Zoro and Sanji hunt a dinosaur for food. Zoro hears an odd sound and walks off,
18:48discovering a young girl laughing. She marks him with a yellow circle, causing his eyes to flash yellow
18:54briefly. Meanwhile, Luffy and Miss Wednesday ride a long-necked dinosaur, following the scent of cooking
19:00meat. They find a large piece of meat, which Luffy begins eating despite Miss Wednesday's warning that
19:05it belongs to someone else. Soon, a giant arrives, displeased at the intrusion. The giant turns out to
19:14be Brogi, known as the Red Ogre and one of Elbaf's strongest warriors. The giant, who earlier took Nami
19:20and Usopp, is Dori, the Blue Ogre. Both giants are friendly, though each claims to be the island's strongest.
19:27Back on the island, Mr. Five and Miss Valentine are far from idle. They cannot allow the Straw Hats
19:33and Miss Wednesday to escape, as Mr. Zero demands success. In the jungle, they encounter a wax house,
19:39which Mr. Five immediately identifies as the work of Baroque Works agent Mr. Three. Mr. Three offers
19:45them a deal, help eliminate the giants disrupting his plan, and he'll plead for their safety with Mr. Zero.
19:51They agree. Meanwhile, Brogi explains his homeland, Elbaf, to Nami and Usopp, but a volcanic eruption
19:59interrupts them. The eruption signals the start of the giant's daily duel, a tradition lasting over a
20:05century. Brogi and Dori have fought tens of thousands of times, always drawing, though the reason remains
20:11forgotten. Brogi leaves to prepare for the duel. Usopp follows, while Nami hears the young girl from
20:18earlier giggling. She marks Nami with a green circle, briefly altering her demeanor. It is revealed later
20:25that the mysterious marks are the work of Miss Golden Week, Mr. Three's partner. The battle
20:31commences. Luffy, Nami, Usopp, and Miss Wednesday watch from one side, while Mr. Five and Miss Valentine
20:38observe from the other. The giants share a mug of ale before fighting, unaware that Mr. Five has planted a
20:44bomb in Brogi's cup. The bomb detonates in Brogi's stomach during combat, giving Dori the upper hand
20:50and allowing him to land the decisive blow. Luffy notices Mr. Five's interference and gives chase,
20:57with Miss Wednesday following. Meanwhile, Miss Valentine incapacitates Usopp and captures a dazed Nami.
21:03Usopp rushes to Brogi, revealing the truth to Dori, who departs in shame. Luffy encounters Miss Golden Week,
21:10who marks his face with a blue circle, plunging him into depression. Miss Wednesday takes off,
21:15but is captured by Mr. Five. Finally, Dori returns to Brogi's cave, mourning, while Mr. Three secretly
21:22uses his wax powers to trap Dori's hand and encase him completely. Meanwhile, Miss Wednesday, Nami,
21:28and Zoro imprisoned inside Mr. Three's wax house. After carefully removing the mark Miss Golden Week left
21:35on Nami's thigh, Miss Wednesday explains what the mark does. Nami attempts to wipe the mark off Zoro's
21:41leg, but he dodges her. The three realize they are captives, powerless, and must rely on their crew
21:47to come to their aid. The scene shifts to Mr. Three and Miss Golden Week elsewhere on Little Garden.
21:54Mr. Three has prepared an enormous wax cake and instructs Miss Golden Week to bring Luffy over once
22:00she's done toying with him. Unseen, Usopp overhears their plan and dashes off to find Luffy, who is on
22:07the beach but still affected by Miss Golden Week's paint. Usopp struggles to snap him out of the trance
22:12before she returns, then retreats. Unsure of how to handle the situation alone, Usopp decides to seek
22:19Sanji's help. Sanji arrives at the wax house, which is empty because Nami, Miss Wednesday, and Zoro have
22:26been moved to the wax cake. Mr. Three explains the cake's purpose. It will continuously drip wax onto
22:32the trio until they are entirely transformed into statues. Nami mocks the plan, noting Zoro isn't
22:38suffering due to the lingering mark. Zoro, still influenced, laughs uncontrollably. Annoyed, Mr. Three
22:45wipes the mark off, exactly as Nami intended. Zoro snaps back to normal and attempts to free himself
22:51with his swords. But the wax is too resilient to cut through. Meanwhile, Luffy and Miss Golden Week
22:57sit having tea on the beach. Back at the wax house, Sanji searches Baroque Works files when a den-den
23:03-mushi
23:03rings. It's Mr. Zero, who believes he's speaking with Mr. Three. Sanji plays along, informing Mr. Zero
23:10that the Straw Hats and Miss Wednesday are dead. Mr. Zero mentions sending the unluckies to verify the deaths.
23:16Sanji soon learns their identities, an otter named Mr. Thirteen and a vulture named Miss Friday.
23:23He fights them inside the wax house, defeating both, then reports again to Mr. Zero while using
23:28the alias Mr. Prince. Mr. Zero warns that helping Miss Wednesday will bring consequences.
23:35At the wax cake, the wax begins to harden around Nami, Miss Wednesday, and Zoro. Mr. Three shares with
23:42Miss Wednesday that Alabasta's royal army is fracturing, with some members joining the rebellion.
23:47He keeps Baroque Works motives secret. Despite the danger, Nami and Zoro remain hopeful that Luffy
23:53will arrive to rescue them. Elsewhere, Usopp gains courage after encouragement from Brogi and rushes to
24:00the beach, where Miss Golden Week commands Luffy into the ocean. As a devil fruit user, Luffy becomes
24:05powerless in water. Usopp calls out to him, drawing her attention, and she lunges, but he evades her.
24:12In his escape, he accidentally sends her paint palette flying, covering her face with colors and
24:18causing her personality to shift erratically. Usopp rescues Luffy from the water, and Luffy immediately
24:25asks about the others. They arrive at the wax cake to find Nami, Miss Wednesday, and Zoro fully encased.
24:32Luffy pursues Mr. Three across the island, while Usopp takes on Mr. Five and Miss Valentine.
24:37Usopp chooses to fight Miss Valentine first, giving Zoro and Nami the chance to break free.
24:43Zoro battles Mr. Five, and Nami teams up with Miss Wednesday against Miss Valentine.
24:48Luffy's pursuit leads him to Brogi's cave, where Dory is trapped in wax. Ultimately, the Straw Hats defeat
24:55all three Baroque Works agents and free Dory. Sanji arrives carrying an eternal pose set for Alabasta,
25:02a relief for Miss Wednesday. The crew returns to the Going Merry, exchanging cheerful farewells with
25:08Brogi and Dory. As they set sail, a massive goldfish blocks their path, but the two giants defeat it,
25:14allowing the ship to continue. On board, during dinner, Nami suddenly walks to the deck and collapses.
25:21Meanwhile, at the Baroque Works headquarters, where Miss All Sunday meets with Wapol,
25:26the former ruler of Drum Kingdom. Wapol openly expresses his hatred for Nefertari Vivi,
25:33her father Nefertari Cobra, and the kingdom of Alabasta. It is revealed that Wapol was forced
25:39out of his homeland and now wants to reclaim his throne. To achieve that goal, he has partnered with
25:44Baroque Works. However, he complains that the group still hasn't helped him retake his kingdom.
25:50To calm him down, Miss All Sunday gives Wapol a devil fruit. She does not explain what kind of power
25:56it
25:57contains, but Wapol greedily eats it anyway. The story then shifts to the Straw Hats aboard the Going
26:03Merry. Four days have passed since Nami collapsed, and Sanji has been caring for her. It turns out Nami
26:11became sick after their time on Little Garden, suffering from a mysterious illness. Although their
26:17original plan was to sail directly to Alabasta, the crew decides to stop at the nearest island so a
26:22doctor can treat her. That island turns out to be Drum Island. Vivi explains that the place is famous
26:30for its medical knowledge, though she seems uneasy about going there. She warns the crew that it would
26:36be better if her true identity stays secret once they arrive. The reason is that Alabasta and the Drum
26:42Kingdom have a long history of political conflict. Vivi is especially worried they might encounter
26:48Wapol there, but the Straw Hats still choose to head for the island. A flashback from 10 years earlier
26:55shows a young Vivi secretly listening to a meeting at Pangaea Castle where various rulers gather.
27:01During the meeting, King Cobra and Wapol argue about how a nation should be governed, revealing that
27:07tensions between their kingdoms go back many years. In the present, the scene moves to a marine
27:14communications outpost. Smoker and Tashigi contact marine headquarters to report they have not located
27:20any members of Baroque Works. As they approach the building, Tashigi suddenly trips over the body of
27:26a dead marine. At first, they suspect the Straw Hats, but once they enter the facility, they realize Baroque
27:32Works is responsible. Inside, Smoker and Tashigi fight two agents, Miss Thursday and Mr. 13.
27:40Meanwhile, the Straw Hats finally reach Drum Kingdom. The villagers initially respond with hostility,
27:46even firing weapons at the pirates. Vivi is struck during the chaos, but after she pleads with the
27:52residents, they reluctantly allow the crew into town. There they meet Dalton, captain of the civilian guard.
27:58Dalton explains what happened to the kingdom and why it no longer has a ruler. According to him,
28:06after a pirate named Marshall D. Teach attacked the island, Wapol abandoned the country and fled with
28:11his soldiers, leaving the people defenseless. When Sanji asks about doctors, Dalton says Wapol took nearly
28:18all of them away. Only one remains, Dr. Koreja, often called a witch doctor. She lives at Drumcastle on top
28:26of
28:26the mountain and is the only person capable of saving Nami. Dalton suggests waiting until morning
28:32before climbing the mountain, but Nami's condition is worsening and the crew fears she cannot wait that
28:38long. Luffy straps her to his back and decides to climb the dangerous mountain immediately, with Sanji
28:44accompanying him. After a difficult journey, they finally reach the summit but collapse from exhaustion.
28:51As Luffy lies in the snow with Nami still on his back, a small furry creature wearing a red hat
28:57approaches them. It is Tony Tony Chopper. Back in town, Zorro helps Dalton stand watch. Dalton explains
29:05that the people live in fear that Wapol might someday return, though he hopes the country can become
29:11peaceful again. When Zorro asks if Dalton intends to rule this new nation, Dalton replies that he only
29:17wants to protect the citizens. Inside Drumcastle, Nami wakes up connected to an IV and notices Sanji
29:24resting in another bed. A small reindeer wearing a red hat quietly walks by. When Nami greets him,
29:30he panics and hides behind a pillar. Soon, Dr. Koreja enters the room and reveals that Nami was bitten
29:36on Little Garden by a kestia, a tick carrying dangerous bacteria. Nami tries to leave, but Koreja refuses to
29:44release her until she recovers. She explains that Sanji suffered cracked ribs during the climb,
29:50and that Luffy was placed in warm water to prevent hypothermia. Just then, Luffy bursts into the room,
29:57followed by Sanji. When Luffy sees the small reindeer speaking and moving around, he stares in shock,
30:03unable to believe that the animal can actually talk. In a flashback on Drum Kingdom, we see a larger,
30:10younger Chopper is seen running frantically through the forest, chased by angry villagers.
30:16He's even hit by a shot at one point. Luffy and Sanji are still shocked that Chopper can talk.
30:22They playfully try to get him to speak again, but he remains silent. Only when Luffy opens a treasure
30:29chest and reaches for a pirate flag does Chopper finally respond. He warns them to leave the flag alone,
30:34closes the chest, and walks away. Clearly, this flag holds deep meaning for him.
30:41Later, Luffy, Sanji, and Nami have dinner with Dr. Koreja, who tells them Chopper's full history.
30:47Flashbacks show that Chopper spent his early life alone, rejected by both humans and his reindeer herd
30:53for his unusual appearance and ability to talk, which came from a devil fruit he had eaten. His life changes
31:00when he meets Dr. Hiraluk during the great Dr. Hunt in Drum Kingdom. King Waple had ordered all
31:07doctors to work only for him or face death, leaving most of the kingdom without medical care. Desperate
31:13citizens scoured the Valley of Death for a rumored cure-all mushroom. Only Dr. Koreja and Dr.
31:19Hiraluk avoided Waple's purge. Hiraluk dedicated himself to helping the people. While evading
31:25Waple's soldiers, he finds the injured Chopper in the woods. Recognizing his intelligence,
31:31Hiraluk treats him and takes him in, naming him Tony Tony Chopper and giving him a red top hat.
31:36For the first time, Chopper experiences acceptance and love. Tragically, Hiraluk becomes gravely ill.
31:43He hides the truth from Chopper and urges him to live on. Determined to save his mentor,
31:48Chopper searches the mountains for the rare mushroom said to cure any illness. He returns with it and
31:54prepares a soup for Hiraluk, unaware it is poisonous. Hiraluk, understanding Chopper's intention,
32:00eats it to spare his feelings. Shortly after, Hiraluk sacrifices himself in a confrontation with
32:06Waple's forces at Drum Castle. Chopper is heartbroken, but Hiraluk's dream lives on when Dr.
32:13Koreja takes him under her guidance and trains him to become a doctor. Back in the present, Luffy talks to
32:20Chopper about the pirate flag he had warned them not to touch. Luffy explains that something so
32:25meaningful shouldn't be hidden, and with his rubber arms, he hangs the flag on the wall. Chopper,
32:32initially stunned by Luffy's powers, feels gratitude and pride swelling inside him. Meanwhile, in the
32:39town, Miss Wednesday helps the villagers and spots Miss All-Sunday still tailing them. Elsewhere, Usopp joins
32:45Zorro and Dalton on guard duty. They notice smoke near the kingdom's entrance, and Dalton goes to
32:51investigate. He is struck by three arrows and collapses as Waple's men approach to him.
32:57Waple has returned, and his henchmen drag the injured Dalton before him. Nearby stand all the
33:03doctors Waple had taken with him when he fled. Waple makes it clear that he's come to reclaim his throne
33:08and punish anyone who opposes him. To demonstrate his power, he reveals the effects of the devil fruit.
33:16He can consume anything and transform it, merging it into his body. As a demonstration,
33:21he eats a sword, which replaces one of his arms with the weapon. Dalton, who had eaten a devil fruit
33:28long ago, transforms into his half-human, half-bison form and warns Waple that reclaiming the kingdom
33:35won't be easy without his soldiers. Waple confidently reveals that he has eaten his soldiers too,
33:41and he spits them out in grotesque, monstrous forms. Meanwhile, Miss Wednesday learns from Miss
33:47All-Sunday that Waple and his forces are approaching the town. Zorro and Usopp spot the approaching army
33:53from the watchtower. While Miss Wednesday hurries to Drumcastle to alert Luffy and the others,
33:58Zorro and Usopp remain behind to protect the villagers. Once Miss Wednesday reaches the castle,
34:05she informs the Straw Hats of the situation. They decide to head down the mountain to help,
34:11with Chopper insisting on coming along. Dr. Kureha initially plans to go into hiding with her
34:16belongings, but encounters an injured Dalton in the woods. She chooses to tend to him and joins the fight.
34:24As the Straw Hats make their way down, Waple unexpectedly arrives at the castle. Luffy and Miss
34:30Wednesday confront him in one room, while Sanji and Chopper face his henchmen elsewhere. Chopper
34:35transforms into his full reindeer form to fight. Simultaneously, Usopp, Zorro, Dalton, Dr. Kureha,
34:42and the townspeople clash with Waple's monstrous soldiers in the streets. Luffy and Miss Wednesday
34:48initially seem to defeat Waple, but he quickly recovers. It takes the combined effort of the
34:54Straw Hats to finally subdue him. Luffy grabs Sanji's leg as Sanji delivers a powerful kick,
35:00sending Waple flying far from Drum Kingdom. With Waple defeated, peace is restored,
35:05and the Islanders are freed from his threat. Dalton thanks the Straw Hats and announces he will become
35:11the kingdom's new ruler. Luffy invites Chopper to join their crew. Hesitant at first,
35:17Chopper quickly accepts and seeks out Dr. Kureha to share his decision. Though she speaks harshly at
35:23first, it's clear she is only struggling to let him go. She even places his backpack on his sleigh,
35:30preparing him for departure. The Straw Hats return to the Going Mary and set sail for Alabasta.
35:36Dr. Kureha and Dalton release a special powder into the air, a creation of Dr. Hiralux,
35:42which mixes with the falling snow and turns it pink, creating the image of cherry blossoms blooming
35:48across the winter sky. The Drum Kingdom residents watch in awe, and Chopper, from the Going Mary,
35:54is moved as he realizes his mentor's dream lives on. The next day, the crew sails toward Alabasta.
36:01Miss Wednesday thanks them, expressing she'll miss the crew, but Luffy insists she is now part of the
36:07Straw Hats and will stay with them until Baroque Works is defeated. The crew supports him. Miss
36:13Wednesday then prepares to reveal what she and Igaram discovered about Mr. Zero, but the episode cuts to
36:19a Marine Communications outpost, where Smoker and Tashigi review a recording of Mr. Zero and Sanji,
36:25preparing to pursue the crew. Meanwhile, at Baroque Works headquarters, Miss All Sunday reports Waple's
36:32defeat to Mr. Zero, who remains unconcerned, focused only on Waple's remaining funds. The episode reveals
36:38Mr. Zero's true identity, Crocodile. Miss All Sunday's real name is also disclosed as Nico Robin.
36:45She informs Crocodile that agents have been dispatched to Alabasta to prepare for the Straw Hats.
36:50Crocodile announces Operation Utopia, aiming to seize the legendary treasure, One Piece.
36:56The season concludes on this suspenseful note.
