00:43yard waste or whatever but i loaded it up and i walked the garbage can over to my neighbor's house
00:50who uses that company oh and i'm gonna get my garbage i'm gonna get my garbage empty for free
00:57yeah you're not wrong it is it's probably not illegal but it is shady
