00:37Meanwhile, a Russian flag tanker delivered about 700 barrels of crude oil earlier this week.
00:43The Kremlin said it plans to send a second ship to the country in the coming weeks,
00:47adding that it would not leave Cubans alone in trouble.
00:50The Trump administration, which has warned off tariffs on countries exporting oil to Cuba,
00:55said it allowed the first shipment to dock for humanitarian reasons.
