03:15just to go out.

03:19supporting our people.

03:37There is a tight web of control

03:39over the exercise of freedom of expression.

03:41Being able to take over the streets

03:43and protest like maybe we can see

03:45in other countries.

03:47Unfortunately, it's not as easy

03:49due to several legal measures

03:51that the government

03:53and the authorities have put in place

03:55for decades.

03:57So to see people taking up the streets

03:59in these circumstances

04:01is quite telling of the situation

04:03that the country is in.
