00:00As we continue to streamline and expand our network, I am pleased to share that Malaysia
00:05Airlines will further strengthen our presence across key markets in the months ahead.
00:11This expansion will include the introduction of our eight and nine destinations in China
00:18market that continues to perform strongly for us, with today an average load factor
00:24of 85% in the first quarter of 2026.
00:29With the support of the mutual visa-free arrangements between the two countries, Malaysia and China,
00:36this growth allows us to capture rising demand in one of the world's most dynamic travel markets.
00:44In addition, ladies and gentlemen, we will also resume our third destination in Japan,
00:51where our existing droughts have recorded a load factor around 90% in quarter one 2026 for Japan.
00:59And that is reflecting strong and sustained travel demand between both the two countries, Malaysia and also Japan.
01:06So to support this growth, our fleet strategy is advancing in tandem.
01:11We have already taken delivery of 10 of our A330 NEOS and 14 Boeing 737-8, which will be getting
01:21another one next week.
01:24By 2025, our ambition is to grow the mainline fleet to 116 aircraft, supporting a network that reaches 106 destinations.
01:35And this ensures we remain relevant in our key long-haul corridors, maintain a competitive fleet mix, and deliver operational
01:45efficiency.
01:47At this same time, members of the media and also ladies and gentlemen, the induction of the new generation aircraft
01:52enhances our product offering,
01:54allowing us to provide a modern, consistent experience across every customer journey and all contributing to our aspiration to position
02:06Malaysia Alliance among the world's top 10 global carriers by 2030.
02:12As part of our ongoing expansions, we are also increasing frequencies, not just new routes.
02:18Across key routes, further strengthening our presence in ASEAN, South Asia, Australia, New Zealand,
02:25while enhancing connectivity to support the growing travel demand.
02:28This includes the likes of Brisbane, Manila, Colombo, which will offer greater flexibility and better serving both leisure and business
02:37travels across key markets.
