00:16series is said to be a story decision, as the fictional Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center is a
00:20teaching hospital, and staff turnover is common at such facilities in real life. Dr. Mohan has
00:26also spent a good amount of time this season pondering the next steps in her medical career.
00:30Back at the Actor Awards earlier this year, where the cast won outstanding performance by an ensemble
00:35in a drama series, the actress said this about working on the show. I mean, it's just the biggest
00:40gift. I've always wanted to tell stories that matter and stories that are near and dear to my
00:44heart, and so much of what's on the pit, you know, really aligns with that. So I feel very lucky
00:49that
00:49this is, you know, a job I get to have. The pit is set to finish its second season on
00:54April 16th.
