00:03There was a smaller yarding of cattle here today at Coonamora
00:06and also a small gallery of buyers, but however the prices
00:10with the recent rains that we've had sort of certainly held up
00:12and through to form, things sold very, very well.
00:16We had a few feedlot buyers as well as also some restockers,
00:20backgrounders going back in the paddock for those younger cattle as well.
00:23The heifer sale was certainly a lot stronger than we've seen.
00:26Heavy steers were 500 to 520 cents a kilo, little steers close to $6.
00:32In our heifer department, big heifers at 420 and little heifers up to $5.
00:37A few of the cattle started to have the effects of those cool nights coming in.
00:40The autumn, you know, like last night when we got here it was only 10 degrees
00:44and, you know, heavy fog and dew.
00:47And I think you can see that in the cattle now too as the nights are getting colder
00:50so they're just starting to rough up a little bit in the coat
00:52but the condition of them are still good.
00:54And as I say, we've had plenty of rain so there's plenty of feed about too.
00:57So, I've got plenty of rain that and we come through.
01:00It's in here.
