01:16about
01:16this one it's a family they live here on the farm and dad his stuff has been isolated to a
01:22chicken
01:23coop no no that is the 4 000 square foot chicken coop that is completely filled i won't be able
01:31to show
01:31you all of it because we can't even get to all of it honestly come on in oh my goodness
01:37i don't even want to touch anything oh it's not that bad hi i'm madison and this is my dad
01:43frank
01:43my dad is a handyman i fix everything you know machines motorcycles kind of a macgyver type person
01:51this stuff doesn't bother me as much as it bothers them see room for two
01:57i've always been a sort of a pack rat it's been top having all this all this clutter you know
02:03growing
02:03up my whole life it's a lot it's a lot of baggage to have i didn't even know that this
02:08was here you
02:09didn't there's at least two motorcycles maybe three he has these timeless pieces that not not many
02:16people can even say that they've seen before his things do hold a certain place in his heart my dad
02:22is retired now you know they're on a set income things have been tough starting to hurt a little
02:28bit and i figured you know kill two birds with one stone and get some of this stuff out of
02:33here
02:33to good homes to get the space back and to have the family united is is more important when the
02:41motivation is money sometimes it doesn't work out when we sell everything but when the motivation is
02:47family i feel like it always works out i have at least two coke machines in there so i have
02:52a safe
02:53lots of cool items in here you know the one thing that gets me excited safes that's what i like
02:59man
02:59in this giant chicken coop we're hunting for a few things frank says there's a one-of-a-kind vintage
03:04coke machine a few suzuki motorcycles and we have to find that locked safe who knows what's going to be
03:11in
03:17there so this is a 4 000 square foot chicken coop said it was big yes so it was empty
03:27when you guys
03:27got here yes what happened just i like collecting things i've always did since i was a kid it's getting
03:33to where it's a problem i think let's just get into it chris i'm gonna have you look around back
03:39and mike and kaylin i want you guys to go to all the way the other side of the chicken
03:42coop and
03:43try to get in that door okay all right thanks guys just watch your footing we can do that
03:50oh my god wow and this goes way deep yeah oh my goodness yeah i mean this is full dude
03:59yeah i know
04:01i get it i'm not putting you down i'm just no i know
04:05this chicken coop is insane i can't even see the wall i can't see across the room all i can
04:11see
04:11is the four inches in front of me holy oh my hey you smell that that's the first thing i
04:22smell when you open
04:23the door oh you go first no problem this is this is so dangerous yeah but look at this you
04:38know we've got all
04:39kinds of tools we got flammables okay we've got uh yard equipment we got sharp objects
04:48i'm already seeing dollars you're seeing danger i'm already seeing dollars matt's counting on me to
04:54be able to justify taking this job on if i don't see enough value it's not going to make sense
04:59for
05:00us to pay so much to clean the chicken coop everything i'm handing you is money but yeah
05:04but the wheels got up
05:11here you go buddy all the service
05:17i gotta come over here real quick sorry i'm just trying to figure this all out
05:21and there's another 10 plus feet that way yeah actually that's where you might find the coke
05:26machine okay who knows that's my dirt bike okay it's a tm bikes that's a tm 250. there's more this
05:35is definitely a really cool 1980s suzuki and he says he's got more if there's a gsxr 750 buried in
05:42there we'll be off to the races for the smoothest ride on two wheels look no further than the all
05:47-new
05:48gsxr 750. one of the first true race replicas the gsxr 750 brought the speed and performance of a
05:57racing motorcycle to the streets it's light and powerful with an aluminum frame and an oil cooled
06:03engine it had an unmatched power to weight ratio for its time and turned heads when people saw it
06:09flying down the highway and sales of this bike still turn heads a pristine 1987 gsx r750 sold for
06:18over 22 000 dollars man so what was it like growing up in here um when i was a kid
06:25it was fun uh as i
06:27grew up though it became a little a little bit more uh sad especially because it has gotten more
06:33packed packed yeah it's been a long road the horde has put um a strain on the relationship ever since
06:43i was a kid it's always been like the secret it was embarrassing i'm ready because we need to
06:49make things better here as a family and i want to enjoy my family more than than the stuff now
06:57i've got
06:57the guys checking out the rest of the property um let's head back that way assuming we all make
07:03it out of here alive i'll meet with the guys i'm seeing glimpses of big ticket items but everything
07:11is buried deep all i see is horde and i'm going off of what frank has told me and i'm
07:17going to take his
07:18word for it all right let's talk this out y'all i'm kind of lost on this one like i'm
07:24looking this way
07:25and i'm like we got to do this and i look that way i'm like this is a horrible decision
07:28and i keep
07:29going back and forth there's silhouettes of things that we just can't get to motorcycles could be in
07:36there the safe we're looking for so i'm actually feeling really good about this give me the news
07:42what's it going to cost it's packed my clean note is going to cost it 25 to 30. i mean
07:47yeah because
07:47it's going to be what how many guys at least 10 guys for this one and then the dumpsters how
07:51many
07:52dumpsters i want to start off at 12. yeah that's probably 30 grand you're right
07:56so we'd have to make 50. let me get with the family i need every junk guy in southern michigan
08:01okay i'll come back and find you guys on a few all right all right the team knows this is
08:07not going
08:07to be a walk in the park but now it's time for me to make a deal with frank and
08:10madison
08:12all right guys all right this is a tough one a really tough one i do think there's a lot
08:19to sell in
08:20there my concern is but the amount of dumpsters we're gonna need expenses are between 25 and 30
08:26000. wow it's just so much and there's so much unknown anything over our clean out costs 50 50 cut
08:34at the end 50 50. how do you feel about that yeah i like i like to have it a
08:41little bit different i'll
08:42go 49.51 if you want to do that that makes you feel better about it i will go 49
08:47.51
08:48did that make you feel better yeah we'll go with that all right 49.51 okay all right yeah i'm
08:53gonna
08:53literally get the guys and we're gonna get started right away right cool hey it's time to start hunting
09:03this is gonna be a tough job but i brought in a small army to help us clear out and
09:06pick through
09:07this coop all right we gotta clean this entire barn in the next three days we're gonna split teams up
09:14we're gonna go six on that side with kaylin and mike six on this side with me and chris all
09:20right
09:20let's do it thanks man appreciate you there's only two doors to this coop so we're gonna start on
09:26either side and work our way into the middle keeping our eyes peeled for a vintage coke machine
09:30a suzuki gsxr 750 and the safe i must say this is trash oh boy once we get to the
09:41ground there we
09:42want to go straight to here and go all the way that way all right okay the target items are
09:47always
09:47crucial because they give us that big lift of price trash and so you just got to keep digging until
09:52you
09:53find it but we're relying on some good surprise finds in here if we're going to make a profit on
09:57this
09:58job guys this is trash this is trash man the smell trash trash yeah about five more minutes i'm about
10:09to give me some fresh air spunky i don't know if there's something dead in here but it smelled like
10:14it
10:16this is metal there's a lot of trash in this chicken coop but fortunately a lot of it is scrap
10:22metal
10:22and that is something that we can sell all metal yo make sure you keep that metal separate from the
10:29trash trash
10:38this is a great fine man oh man absolutely let's get it out
10:45good news is it was covered up so hopefully that protected it frank wasn't lying we're starting
10:51to pull a lot of motorcycles out of here look what i got here unfortunately it's not the big ticket
10:57ones we were hoping for ah literally that's not even that's a wild animal okay is that raccoon i think
11:08it's huge you've been doing this job as long as i have you unfortunately know how to identify animal
11:14poop they didn't cat they didn't cat that's too big to be cat
11:22cat poop dog poop bear poop you name it you smell it you see it i know it
11:33what do you got here oh dude look at this man this trash what is this
11:47okay got some knives i got a few of them we can make money off of this money money money
11:57that's what we need these knives will definitely sell
12:03that'll sell
12:07nice here we go bell helmets were the jam this is a 1968 holy cow a shorty
12:18this is a 50 year old helmet people don't realize sometimes the helmet's worth more than a bike
12:23these helmets are in really good shape they could easily catch a couple hundred bucks each
12:32like i said anything can be buried in here
12:37what you finding i don't know i think i just found something
12:42oh it's either an elk or a caribou but i think it's an elk
12:46we're finding some interesting stuff but there's a lot of trash and not much treasure although some of
12:51this trash is going to have to be someone's treasure depending upon where you live in the country
12:58you can anywhere from 500 bucks to a couple thousand
13:04keep
13:08oh
13:09uh-oh
13:12uh-oh
13:15oh man
13:17this might be the suzuki that matt is looking for so we can fill this beauty up
13:30So we can pull this beauty out.
13:33This is a big board, too.
13:35GT 185.
13:37Oh, man.
13:38We found an 80 Suzuki all right.
13:40Yeah, I might could pretty it up.
13:42We were hoping for a GXR 750.
13:44This is the GT 185.
13:46It's worth a fraction of the 750.
13:49Man, this is a huge blow.
13:58Somebody's got to grab the front here and take it.
14:00While the crew continues to pull everything out of the coop,
14:03I'm going to move the needle on sails.
14:07All right, what kind of offer would you like to make?
14:09You got 21 knives here.
14:10Would you do two grand?
14:12Maybe a grand.
14:13A grand?
14:14Let's do 15, meet in the middle.
14:16Yeah, I'd do 15.
14:17Damn, you got a deal, man.
14:18I'll throw in both the boxes.
14:20It's a caribou, also known as a reindeer.
14:22I'm hoping 500 bucks.
14:25Okay, you got me.
14:26We got a deal, man.
14:27I love it.
14:28It's a couple drops in the bucket on our way to 50,000.
14:31But it's a start.
14:32The team's been hard at work, but we've only gotten through
14:34about 25% of the coop so far.
14:37And the target item we found was a letdown.
14:39So we need to find the vintage Coke machine and the safe ASAP.
14:47What the hell is this?
14:56I'll learn one day.
14:58All right, so if I was a Coke machine, where would I be?
15:03Oh, I found it.
15:05There it is.
15:08Oh, no, I didn't.
15:09You know, Coca-Cola memorabilia is pretty sought after in collector circles.
15:13It's all about Americana nostalgia.
15:16Every meal's a treat with an ice-cold glass of Coca-Cola.
15:21From its iconic red logo to some of the most memorable commercials in TV history,
15:26the Coca-Cola company is practically synonymous with Americana.
15:30Ironically, the original 1886 recipe wouldn't even be allowed on shelves today as it contained a dose of cocoa leaf
15:37extract.
15:38With cocaine.
15:39Yeah, real cocaine.
15:41By 1904, the formula was cleaned up and the brand took the world by storm.
15:46That cultural imprint is why collectors chase Coke memorabilia so fiercely to this day.
15:51In fact, a 1950s Bendo 81D Coke machine recently listed for over $12,000.
16:05Uh-oh.
16:07Here we go.
16:08Look at this.
16:10Oh, my gosh.
16:12This is nice.
16:15My god.
16:18Jackpot, man.
16:20These are in incredible shape.
16:22It's not a Coke machine, but these vintage coolers are really awesome.
16:26I bet we can get some good money for them if we find an interested buyer.
16:30I mean, you got $600 to $700 worth of coolers, and then right behind it there's two inches thick of
16:37raccoon poop.
16:38It's amazing.
16:39I love it.
16:44That is a huge dump truck full of scrap metal.
16:47And I think we'll get $5,000 for that.
16:51Would you do $150?
16:52Tell you what, $200 and you got a deal.
16:54Sounds good.
16:55Awesome.
16:56I'm at $600.
16:57You got a deal?
16:58Yep.
16:58Awesome.
16:59Oh, yeah.
17:00That's another one I got.
17:08Since we haven't found any of our other target items in the chicken coop yet, happily taking a break from
17:14the new Boston Horde to go check out another potential client not too far up the road in St. Clair
17:19Shores.
17:20Larry and Anna, they've got tents in the backyard.
17:23They've got lots of different sheds they filled up.
17:26That lets us know the entire house is filled.
17:30I'm hoping we'll have better luck with valuables here so we can turn a profit on this trip.
17:35Clutter has taken over the whole house, all three bedrooms.
17:38Always afraid of that avalanche.
17:41We have too much.
17:42We need to start our lives.
17:44I've got a lot of items from when my grandmother passed.
17:47My uncle Mike, when he passed, he was a hoarder.
17:50I accumulated a bunch from him.
17:52We have all these movie reels.
17:54Bruce Lee.
17:56Yeah.
17:56We've got a Seinfeld signed script.
17:59Someone in their family owned both a movie theater and a bookstore and they've got film that has Bruce Lee.
18:06The reality is this could be a one of a kind film.
18:10The one that really got me excited is they have a copy of the Centennial Declaration of Independence.
18:19And I just had it and I put it on the stairs.
18:22It's not on the stairs or anywhere around.
18:25If they actually have a copy of one of the Centennial Declaration of Independence,
18:30this could be worth a ton of money.
18:32This house has got a little bit of everything.
18:35So we're going to keep our eyes peeled for that Declaration of Independence,
18:39the Bruce Lee movie reels and the Seinfeld script signed by the cast.
18:46Come on in, Matt.
18:47Hey, nice to finally meet you guys.
18:49I know.
18:50I'm so glad you're here.
18:52Really good to see you.
18:53Thank you for coming.
18:53Well, I can see why you called.
18:55Yeah.
18:55There's just a little bit in here though.
18:57All right.
18:58Well, get me a tour.
18:59Come see what I'm looking at.
19:01This is our kind of office.
19:03Do you guys both work out of here?
19:05Yeah.
19:06We can't get to it.
19:07We can't get to it really.
19:08How many generations of stuff are in this house?
19:10My uncles and then my grandparents.
19:13Then your whole life with your first wife.
19:15Yes.
19:15And now we have all of y'all's stuff.
19:18Yes.
19:18And stuff from your previous life.
19:20Yes.
19:21So we have five different lives.
19:22Might have to draw a family tree just to clean this house, but I like it.
19:26All right.
19:26I am ready to sell.
19:26Let's keep looking.
19:27All right.
19:28So y'all like putting stuff on the steps.
19:30Be careful.
19:30Larry, so he's got four family members worth of his stuff.
19:33And he gets to Anna's side.
19:34It's her parents' stuff.
19:36This was a bedroom at one time.
19:39And all of her stuff all put together.
19:41This is a lasagna of generational stuff.
19:45Well, here's the backyard.
19:47The backyard is like the house.
19:49You've got enough contents.
19:51God, we've got to be able to make some money.
19:53Yeah.
19:53All right.
19:54But man, we've got a lot of work.
19:55I think there's probably $15,000 to $20,000 on cleanup costs.
19:59Okay.
20:00I think contents of the house are probably worth $40,000 or more.
20:04I'd probably want to do a split of 50-50.
20:08Hiking.
20:0960-40?
20:12I'll take 60 if you want to take 40.
20:1460?
20:14No.
20:15No, no, no.
20:1660-40?
20:17I'll go 40-60.
20:19Done.
20:19You've got to do it.
20:20All right.
20:20You feel good about that?
20:21Yes, I do.
20:22All right.
20:22Let me go call the guys.
20:24We'll finish up the other job and we'll be back.
20:31I know you like trail bikes and three wheelers.
20:34I'll give you four.
20:35How's that?
20:36You know what?
20:37I'll give you the deal, man.
20:43Hey, Mike.
20:45Yo.
20:46Hey, look what I found, man.
20:47Let's see what you think about this.
20:48Oh, my God.
20:50This is a Vectrex machine.
20:53This was one of the original home video games.
20:56Wait a minute.
20:57Got something else for you.
20:58Hold up.
21:00You're going to love this.
21:02Look at this.
21:04Here we go.
21:05Dude.
21:06This is insane.
21:07I mean, look at this.
21:08Iron Man number four.
21:10Amazing Spider-Man number 29.
21:13Like, these are unbelievable.
21:16And they're all in really good shape.
21:18This box could be three to four grand.
21:20And this Vectrex machine, that could be another grand.
21:24Oh, that was a big find then.
21:25Okay.
21:26You did really good.
21:27You're welcome, buddy.
21:36This could probably go for scrap.
21:43What is this?
21:45I think I got a Target item.
21:55What is this?
21:57I think I got a Target item.
22:01Coke machine.
22:05It's in good condition, and it got sodas already in here.
22:08This is a really cool Coke machine.
22:10But unfortunately, it's not rare.
22:12Matt's not going to be happy about this.
22:14But hopefully, we can find a collector to take it off our hands.
22:18Hey, look, man.
22:19Did you see this stuff over here?
22:20No. What is it?
22:21Look.
22:22I mean, this is probably 500 bucks in scrap metal.
22:26Yeah.
22:27And that scrap metal is going way up.
22:29We've already had three trucks leave.
22:30So this will fill a fourth with all this.
22:33Thank God for the scrap metal.
22:35If we find an extra 20 bucks here, an extra 100 bucks here,
22:38and then we find an extra 500, 800 bucks in scrap metal,
22:40it starts to really, really pay off.
22:53These old lighters are awesome.
22:57Yo, yo, yo.
22:58What?
22:59That was a snake, bro.
23:00What?
23:01When you move the top.
23:02So you run and don't say anything.
23:04Hey, man, I thought you knew the rule, man.
23:05When you see one person run, everybody run.
23:07I was thinking 1,500 for the three.
23:10Any way you can go any lower?
23:11A little lower.
23:12Yeah.
23:131,200 maybe?
23:14You got a deal, dude.
23:151,200.
23:17I'm at 5K.
23:17I think you've got three to four grand value in the comics.
23:21Maybe $1,000 in the Vectrex.
23:23Can you do 4,000?
23:25You got a deal, buddy.
23:26Awesome.
23:30Frank had a lot of motorcycles, but this Suzuki really stands out.
23:34It wasn't the model we were hoping for, but it's pretty cool in its own right.
23:37And hopefully with the right buyer, we can make some really good money.
23:42You're looking at the Suzuki.
23:43Yeah.
23:44This is a GT 185 classic two-stroke engine Ram air cooling system.
23:49I'm looking for something to work on a project with my son.
23:53Looks like it does need a little work, but it does look good.
23:56What were you thinking on price here?
23:58We were hoping 15.
24:001,100 and we'll shake on it right now.
24:02Done.
24:03You got a deal, man.
24:04Enjoy it.
24:04I hope you have a good time with your son.
24:05The motorcycles are rolling out and the money is rolling in,
24:08but we're still a long ways away from our goal of $50,000,
24:12and we still haven't found that safe.
24:16We going to the backyard with it.
24:19Andy, thanks for coming out, man.
24:21Thanks.
24:22I have a couple things here I thought you'd love to see.
24:25We've got vintage coolers and the vintage Coke vending machine.
24:30I had high hopes for the vintage Coke machine,
24:32but it's not from the 40s or 50s.
24:34It's from the 70s.
24:36And it's just not as valuable as what I'd hoped.
24:39But we can still get a couple bucks for it.
24:41Holds 56 bottles.
24:43Classic design.
24:45Cut to the chase.
24:45Let's just do 1,100 and call it a day.
24:47Sounds fair to me.
24:48All right.
24:48Congratulations, man.
24:53Man, this was a hard job.
24:55A lot of work.
24:56A lot of sweat.
24:58And now that the coupe is clear,
24:59I get to bring Madison and Frank in and show them our results.
25:04All right, guys.
25:05We did a lot of work this week.
25:07Let's see how we do it.
25:10Wow.
25:11Oh, my goodness.
25:13Wow, that's a lot of space, dude.
25:16Are you kidding me?
25:16Wow.
25:18We've got over 40,000 pounds that we threw away.
25:23I realized why you are so jacked.
25:26All right, let's keep walking.
25:28Are you kidding me?
25:30It's a big room, dude.
25:31When you actually walk it, you realize how big it is.
25:33Right?
25:33I had no idea.
25:3522 years of life and I've never seen this.
25:37This is absolutely insane.
25:39No, no.
25:40Oh, my goodness.
25:42I am so proud of my dad.
25:45I know that it couldn't have been easy at all for him to let go of the things that really
25:51he holds dear to him.
25:53This is going to be the workshop.
25:55I'm just glad a lot of stress has taken off everybody.
25:59It really, I didn't know how much it affected them, but obviously it did.
26:06We're going to do woodworking over here.
26:08If my daughter never reached out to Matt, I would just be stuck where I was and that really wasn't
26:16a good place.
26:17All right, you guys ready to talk numbers?
26:19Yes.
26:19We did very well on the video games.
26:22We did well on the motorcycles.
26:23We did well on some helmets.
26:24We did really well on knives and on some comic books.
26:27We didn't end up finding a safe, but the majority of the trash was actually sellable scrap.
26:33So that ended up making us some money and shaving down the clean-out costs.
26:38So believe it or not, total sales, $35,000.
26:45I'm just as shocked as you are.
26:47Costs were right around $15,000.
26:49So just around $20,000 profit.
26:53Wow.
26:54$51,000 to you, $49,000 to us, and $10,200 for you.
27:00Here you go, brother.
27:01Thank you so much.
27:02You guys enjoy it.
27:03Thanks a lot.
27:04Money is nice, but family and freedom in your own space is unbelievable.
27:12Matt, thanks so much for coming here and bringing a great crew here to help me and my family.
27:20I appreciate it.
27:21We learned that you can choose your family.
27:25Yeah, Jinx.
27:26We know we did some good here for this family.
27:28We made some space.
27:29We made them some money.
27:30We made a difference.
27:38We barely scraped by at Frank's house.
27:40We're going to need a big payout at the second house.
27:43So now we're headed to Ann and Larry's house.
27:46We'll be hunting for the Centennial Declaration of Independence.
27:50Some kung fu movie reels.
27:52And a Seinfeld script autographed by the cast.
27:59There's a lot of stuff in this house.
28:02And with this one, I only have three days.
28:04And so we have to come in and hit the ground running.
28:07Hoarders typically hide their most prized possession in one space.
28:10For this family, it's the office.
28:13So we're going to start there and hopefully find some target items that we can sell fast.
28:21Oh, as soon as I walk in.
28:23What do you got?
28:24This would be worth a couple of pennies.
28:28Walking Liberty.
28:30Mm-hmm.
28:30There's more than a few pennies, but we need dollars.
28:35It's Tiffany and Company.
28:37This is gold.
28:39Oh, the legend.
28:42Mike Kelleher?
28:43Larry Bird.
28:44Oh.
28:45Yeah, the other legend.
28:46I'm going to keep picking and keep hunting.
28:48Okay, let's do that.
28:49All right.
28:51Now we're looking for some Seinfeld.
28:53This is going to be the new look for the 90s.
28:55You're going to be the first pirate.
28:57But I don't want to be a pirate.
29:00Arguably, no 90s sitcom had as massive a cultural impact as Seinfeld.
29:05The Seinfeld finale in 1998 drew a staggering 76 million viewers.
29:11It was the show about nothing, but everyone wanted a piece of it.
29:14The actual puffy shirt Jerry wore in season five, episode two, sold for an incredible $54,000.
29:28All right.
29:29Oh, my gosh.
29:31Dude.
29:31I just found a Seinfeld script.
29:33No, you didn't.
29:33Yes, I did.
29:34No way.
29:35Oh, my gosh.
29:43Dude.
29:44I just found a Seinfeld script.
29:46No, you didn't.
29:46Yes, I did.
29:47No way.
29:49Are they signed?
29:52Um, flip through yours, but so far mine doesn't look to be.
29:56There's no signatures.
29:57This one isn't signed.
29:59What do you mean there's no signatures?
30:01Yeah, this one isn't either.
30:03We need the signatures.
30:04Where are the signatures?
30:06Let's just keep looking for the signed one, man.
30:08Yep.
30:09Yep.
30:09It's a Seinfeld script, but it's not signed.
30:12And if it's not a signed script, it's barely worth the paper it's printed on.
30:24All right.
30:25What is this?
30:28Fix the Bruce Lee.
30:32Do you know that?
30:33In 1966, a little known martial artist and actor named Bruce Lee was first introduced to American
30:40audiences as Cato in the television show The Green Hornet.
30:46Within less than a decade, he would transform into a global icon, kicking off a global kung fu craze.
30:54His 1973 film, Enter the Dragon, known for its pioneering fight scenes, grossed over $400 million, the equivalent of $2
31:02billion today.
31:04In 2024, Bruce Lee's stunt nunchucks from Enter the Dragon smashed records at auction, selling for more than $190,000.
31:13What you finding, man?
31:14This is what we was looking for.
31:16We're getting our butts kicked downstairs.
31:20Hold on, who is Bruce Lye?
31:22Bruce Lye? Let me see.
31:25Oh, my God.
31:27This is a guy that was a lie that was like a fake Bruce Lee.
31:33After Bruce Lee's death in 1973, studios cranked out nearly 200 knockoff films starring look-alike Lees from Bruce Lye,
31:42to Dragon Lee.
31:44These are radio spots.
31:46Unfortunately, these commercial reels are audio, not video, where Bruce's live memorabilia is extremely rare.
31:53So that means for us, less of these around, man.
31:57We are definitely going to be able to sell these.
31:59Well, unfortunately, these are not real Bruce Lee reels, but they are pretty cool, and we're going to be able
32:05to sell them.
32:17What you looking for?
32:18Oh, pretty much anything Halloween or horror-related.
32:22Are you wanting the coffin tops as well?
32:24Sure.
32:24Just all the stuff.
32:26I'd be at $2,000.
32:27Thank you, man.
32:28All right.
32:38Pretty cool.
32:44That's pretty baller.
32:58Heroes in 1917.
33:00Now, this is really cool.
33:02It's a military story stick, and it looks like it dates back to World War I.
33:06This would have been passed down from guys in the military, and at the beginning of World War I, they
33:11would whittle it.
33:12So it tells the story of when these guys were in the war.
33:15Look, here is in 1917.
33:17That's World War I.
33:21World War I soldiers were often hunkered down in the trenches for days or weeks at a time, so trench
33:28art was created.
33:30Story sticks or memory sticks were made out of whatever material they could find, and they'd etch important dates, thoughts,
33:36really anything into them.
33:38Since they survived the trenches, they're extremely rare today, and usually sell at private auction.
33:45I mean, this is one-of-a-kind American history.
33:50I just found a bunch of first-day cover stamps.
33:55You got to find a stamp buyer, which is getting harder and harder all the time.
33:59Yeah.
33:59Yep.
34:04So we're at $1,500 in real life.
34:06You got a deal, man.
34:10$250 for the whole set.
34:12You got a deal.
34:12All right, thank you so much.
34:13You got cash?
34:14Yep, I do.
34:15The first floor, including the office, are all clear.
34:18We found the Seinfeld scripts, but they were a bust.
34:21We need to find the Declaration of Independence, and the only place left to hunt is up in the attic.
34:28And while Katelyn starts hunting up there, I'm going to try and get another sail under our belts.
34:33All right, here we go.
34:34Here are the tapes.
34:36Hopefully, we can make a deal.
34:37I've got the Bruce Lye commercial.
34:40Do you know the difference between Bruce Lee and Bruce Lye?
34:42Yeah, Bruce Lye took over when Bruce Lee died.
34:44Exactly.
34:45The real one.
34:46All right.
34:46And then we've got a bunch of different ones.
34:48Jaws of the Black Dragon.
34:49I don't know what that is, but I kind of want to watch it.
34:51I've got, between this box and all of these, I'd say roughly at least 100.
34:59So, I was hoping 3,000 for the lot.
35:03Okay, would you do 1,000?
35:061,000 is too low.
35:07How about 2,200?
35:09Okay.
35:10Oh, we got a deal.
35:11We got a deal.
35:11All right.
35:12Let's do it.
35:12Let's get these boxed up, man.
35:17Oh, I found something that I might want myself.
35:21It's a cake.
35:23Absolutely.
35:25Might got to put this aside somewhere.
35:30Pink Christmas tree.
35:34I thought that way she might want that.
35:47It's an old-ass paper, I'll tell you that.
36:02Holy...
36:05Amen!
36:08Holy...
36:15Holy...
36:16Honey years, 1876.
36:19Amen!
36:21Oh, you found it.
36:23Yeah, absolutely.
36:24Holy cow, dude.
36:25Yes.
36:25Look at that.
36:26We found a centennial version of the Declaration of Independence, which is just a 150-year-old copy.
36:36But, dude, this is pretty rare.
36:38It's in decent condition, and it will sell.
36:41At auction, this would go to like 2,000 to 3,000.
36:44I'm going to call a couple private buyers right now and try to sell it.
36:47That is a big find.
36:48That's what we needed.
37:01It's our last day in Michigan, and we're way behind on sales.
37:04We got your rocks here.
37:05I see here.
37:07It's a nice little collection.
37:08Do 850?
37:09Yes!
37:10I'll do it.
37:11All right.
37:11Good job.
37:12We need as many wins as we can get to make sure we're in there.
37:16$3,000 is where I'm going to start for everything here.
37:22They're going to be appreciated for years to come.
37:29Thanks for coming, man.
37:30Yep.
37:30What do we got?
37:31This is the copy you were asking about.
37:34All right.
37:34This is a 150-year-old copy of the Centennial Edition of the Declaration of Independence.
37:40They only made 2,000 of them in 1876.
37:44Yeah, this one's got rips and tears.
37:47It does.
37:47I mean, it looks 150 years old.
37:49Yeah, exactly.
37:49It looks 150, and it is 150 years old.
37:52We know it's selling for 2,000.
37:54Perfect condition.
37:55This is definitely not perfect condition.
37:57Would you do 1,500?
38:03I guess I can do 1,500.
38:05Done.
38:06All right.
38:17You guys ready to see what work we did?
38:19Yeah.
38:20All right.
38:20After you.
38:21Here we go.
38:23Oh, my goodness.
38:25Look at all this room.
38:26Look at the couch.
38:27Oh, my God.
38:28A lot of space.
38:29Holy cow.
38:31Baby, we can dance again.
38:32You can dance again.
38:34We can do it.
38:35You really didn't expect all this, but it turned out great.
38:39Phenomenal.
38:40Oh, I'm so excited.
38:42We danced all the time, and then we ran out of space.
38:45You got space to be happy.
38:46The steps are all clear.
38:47It's not a tripping hazard.
38:49My full, only hard rule leaving this house is don't put anything on the steps.
38:54Quit making rules, though.
38:55You like my rules?
38:56I got a lot of rules.
38:57All right.
38:58Let's go check out the office.
38:59Who else are you doing?
39:00Okay.
39:03Oh, my God.
39:05Oh, my God.
39:06Oh, my God.
39:07That's just nice.
39:08The windows.
39:09I can see the windows.
39:11Let's go upstairs.
39:12Look at this.
39:13Nothing on the stairwell.
39:14All right.
39:14What do you think?
39:15Love it.
39:16This is beautiful.
39:17Oh, my goodness.
39:19We left some of the furniture because we didn't know what you wanted to do with it.
39:21You've got space for an office.
39:23Yes.
39:24This is so perfect for me.
39:25I can think.
39:27I can see outside.
39:29I am extremely happy.
39:31We really didn't expect all this, but it turned out great.
39:35Phenomenal.
39:36This is going to be so good for both of us.
39:38We just can say thank you.
39:40So financially, let's see if we're happy.
39:42We found the Seinfeld scripts, but unfortunately, they weren't autographed.
39:46We didn't find any actual Bruce Lee movie reels.
39:50However, we did find and sell some Bruce Lye radio spot.
39:53And we found the centennial copy of the Declaration of Independence.
39:58We sold that.
39:59We sold a lot of things.
40:00I sold stamps.
40:01But what really put us over the top was the World War I story stick,
40:06the unique one-of-a-kind piece of history that's projected to sell for over $10,000.
40:11Oh, babe, that's not bad at all.
40:15Add it all up, $45,200.
40:20The clean out was just around $10,000.
40:24So our profit, $35,200.
40:29Split it, 60, 40.
40:32That was $21,200 to you guys, $14,000 to us.
40:38And I am happy to give you guys your cash.
40:42Woo!
40:43The money's always great, and you always want money.
40:46But the ultimate was the clean house, the organization, and to get all that open together.
40:51I think we've done our job.
40:52I appreciate you guys.
40:53More than I even ever could have imagined.
40:56I feel like it's my home now.
40:57Welcome home.
40:58Oh, baby.
41:01Let's go dance.
41:02Oh, thank you, baby.
41:04Yes.
41:04Let's go in here.
41:05We can dance for sure.
41:07One thing we saw in this trip to Michigan is the diversity of items we find in a house.
41:13Between both houses, we made just over $80,000.
41:16My team and I took home $24,000.
41:20Not too bad.
41:21But I got to tell you, I'm ready to go home, see my family, and take a warm shower.
