00:01I was in an underground bunker for the last three years.
00:04So it's real?
00:06What's it like?
00:08Like before, only creepier.
00:15The way that Dan has woven together the emotional complexities
00:19of being a human set amongst the backdrop of a dystopian future,
00:22I was enthralled.
00:25With Paradise, we have so many great places to shoot.
00:30We go inside the bunker, outside the bunker,
00:34even Graceland.
00:36Where am I?
00:37You wouldn't believe me if I told you.
00:41That work to make Graceland possible was pretty incredible.
00:44I don't know how that team does it,
00:46because they really pull it off.
00:48That environment gave me permission
00:50to immediately feel comfortable and vulnerable
00:52to do what I was able to do with Annie.
00:56Action!
00:57We took some real chances this season,
00:59and everybody executed at the highest level.
01:03We gotta give a shout-out to locations,
01:05because a lot of the stuff outside of the bunker is outside.
01:09We've gone 50 to 60 miles north-south-east-west of Los Angeles
01:13and have some incredible locations.
01:15There's nothing like shooting in LA.
01:17We created the industry.
01:19It started here.
01:21Shooting Paradise in Los Angeles feels like a real privilege.
01:25It was this incredible tour de force of every single department,
01:29from our AD department and our costumes and camera
01:32and lighting and sound and everything coming together.
01:37When you have great people,
01:40you can do anything.
