00:02Hello, everyone. This will be video exclusive temporarily because I do, I know, in advance.
00:11This is going to be too good. It will come out later across my audio platforms, but later.
00:19So, today, Monday, March 30th, 2026, being recorded, will drop Tuesday the 31st as a video exclusive across my video
00:31channels.
00:32So, yes, those listening on audio only are reading the transcript.
00:38Yes, weeks, couple months potentially, after March 31st, it drops on video exclusive.
00:48It will come across the audio only platforms.
00:55Tentatively, loosely, I'm using air quotes there for those on video they can see on audio.
01:02You can't see it, obviously. Duh, right?
01:05Loosely in air quotes, titled Medicare Fraud.
01:10Touch on a little other thing.
01:12But, so first, not Medicare Fraud.
01:16But, we all know the taxpayer debased fraud of the left money laundering programs of the daycare centers in Minneapolis,
01:31Minnesota area.
01:32As well as, exposed now, also in California.
01:38And, exposed to a lot more other blue enclaves, too.
01:44What a shock, what a surprise.
01:47And, yet, Doge is going nowhere.
01:50It was a game.
01:52It was a gimmick.
01:53Although, J.D. Vance was put, Doge, putting that in air quotes again, right?
02:01Department of Government Efficiency Fraud Task Force, J.D. Vance put in charge, held the first thing, I think, today,
02:11Monday, March 30th.
02:12So, finally, some looking into it.
02:17Why does it take the Vice President?
02:19Why isn't Congressional Oversight Committees doing this?
02:23What happened to Doge in Congress?
02:26And, at the White House, where did it go?
02:29Well, we've known forever, waste, fraud, abuse, tons of fraud.
02:36Year after year after year, this group, that group, some other group, exposes it, and nobody goes to jail.
02:46Christine Noem shouldn't have been fired.
02:49Ham Bondi should be fired.
02:52Third, people need to be charged, prosecuted, and put behind bars.
03:01Blondie, as I call her.
03:03Pam Blondie, right?
03:05Glamming for the cameras.
03:07Now, Christine Noem glammed for the camera in that ad.
03:12That became controversial to me.
03:14That's not controversial.
03:16I've talked about it before, but let me briefly...
03:20So, she spent $200, what?
03:23Million or billion?
03:26$200 billion, let's say, on an ad trying to get illegals to use the self-deport app.
03:35I don't have a problem with that, because I understand math and economics and basic accounting, debits and credits.
03:45Spend $200 billion to save $750 billion if you had to then send out ICE teams to round them up,
03:58those who self-deported because of our ad.
04:02We may be...
04:03Again, I've not seen the numbers, so I'm using arbitrary numbers here, but...
04:08Spend $250 billion, save $500 billion.
04:12That's a good deal, morons!
04:17Christine Noem shouldn't have been fired.
04:20Pam, glam for the cameras, Blondie Bondie needs to be fired.
04:26The Christine Noem commercial?
04:28Good thing!
04:31Proper use of our money to save other money.
04:36But no one in Washington has common sense.
04:41Except Christine Noem, it appears.
04:44Who got...
04:44Well, not fired.
04:46I talked about this in a bit, right?
04:48She's now bumped over to S.H.I.E.L.D.
04:52So, it's not really a firing.
04:55It's not really a demotion.
04:57It's a lateral move to head up S.H.I.E.L.D.
05:01rather than be head of DHS to...
05:05But the way I see it is appease the left-cards crying, which you're never going to appease them.
05:12They're going to ask for every cabinet member to be fired,
05:15and they're going to continue to ask for Trump to be impeached,
05:19and then Vance as president to be impeached.
05:23So, why appease them?
05:27Republican base?
05:29Yes.
05:30It would be about time a Republican president answered to the Republican base.
05:38Fire Pam Fondy.
05:41Also demand Speaker soon be ousted.
05:45The RINOs got to go.
05:49Okay.
05:50Back to the Medicare fraud.
05:52We touched on those issues.
05:55We touched on the fraud with the daycare centers.
06:00Medicare fraud been an issue forever, as long as Medicare has been around.
06:08I've directly seen it in our family.
06:12We didn't catch it.
06:14We didn't know it right away.
06:16When my dad was ailing after a stroke, we got outside care at a firm, but we didn't know.
06:27They came in taking care of dad, helping with dad.
06:33Also, mom was aged, needed help too, was helping with mom.
06:39We didn't know that the Medicare, the way it's set up, there are lapses.
06:49You can get coverage and the help for a while, but then it lapses.
06:54Then it picks back up again.
06:56They reapplied.
06:58So, what this firm was doing, technically speaking, fraud-wise, mom at that point didn't really qualify for the help.
07:08But they were billing dad to help dad, and when his drop, they billed for mom.
07:17We didn't know it.
07:19We didn't see it.
07:20We didn't pay enough.
07:22Partly on us for not paying attention to the Medicare things.
07:27Right?
07:28I'm holding up a different piece of paper from another health care, my Medicare Advantage thing.
07:35I'll get into that in a minute.
07:37But the Medicare things they send you, the coverage, they were billing for dad, then in the off time, they
07:44were billing for mom, then back to dad, then back to mom.
07:48Technically, fraud.
07:50In order to keep serving dad, they were billing mom.
07:55Now, again, at the same time, they were helping with mom to a degree.
08:00Occasionally, she was giving B12 shots needed for energy and whatnot.
08:05And her vitals checked.
08:10But fraud, right up to our noses.
08:13We didn't see it.
08:15They got caught.
08:18We found out about it when others picked up on it, reported it, and Medicare came and shut them down.
08:26No more care.
08:28We had to get other care because they were shut down for Medicare fraud.
08:31It's been around forever.
08:35We all know it.
08:37But yet, nothing gets done about it.
08:42Most times, people don't go to jail.
08:45Now, in the case of that, they were shut down.
08:49I don't need their licenses pulled and whatnot.
08:52Now, I don't know if anyone went to jail for it or not.
08:55Now, again, it was a case of foreigners operating a business, and perhaps they fled back to where they came
09:06from.
09:07I don't know.
09:08I don't know that part of the story.
09:12So, only speculating it could have happened.
09:16Don't know if it did happen.
09:17Somebody might have gone to jail, but we certainly never heard about it.
09:23Chances are, a lot of cases with these frauds, flap, oh, we're shutting you down.
09:29We're taking your license, and they just moved the next city over and reopened under a new name.
09:35Commit the same fraud over and over again.
09:38So, again, speculation.
09:39I don't know.
09:41Might have happened.
09:42Could have happened.
09:43We've certainly seen it happening, but nothing gets done about it.
09:49People don't go to jail, and the fraud just keeps going out.
09:54But I'm mainly ranting and raving today like a lunatic because Medicare Advantage coverage.
10:06I am on disability.
10:07I think most of you know that.
10:10Been since 2004.
10:12So, I have Medicare.
10:15So, as part of that, I have Part C and Part D through a regular health care provider, a Medicare
10:25Advantage program.
10:28I'm not going to say which provider.
10:31No, I'm not going to dox myself.
10:34Doesn't matter.
10:36Whichever, there's countless numbers of them.
10:40You could be on, or your parents or your grandparents could be on.
10:45Talk to them about it.
10:46Have a conversation.
10:48The Medicare Advantage handles the bills for Medicare.
10:56They cover a little above what Medicare does.
11:01At times.
11:02At times not.
11:04But they process the claims for Medicare.
11:07Now, why am I ranting, and why is this fraud to a degree?
11:14Let me, hang in there with me, please.
11:17Got a bill from a doctor.
11:21I had heart surgery.
11:23TAVR.
11:24Heart valve, main aortic valve replacement surgery done by TAVR.
11:31Thankfully, they didn't have to crack open my chest and do open heart.
11:35So, main aortic valve replaced last year.
11:40May of last year.
11:44It's March.
11:46Now, almost a year later, and a bill shows up from a doctor.
11:52And so, I called the Medicare Advantage provider, said, this doctor sent me a bill for basically $3,900.
12:04What is this about?
12:07And after the conversation, found out they did try to bill it incorrectly through the Medicare Advantage plan.
12:17And as a Medicare provider, they agreed to the Medicare contract.
12:23They agree as part of that.
12:25They can't bill me the $3,900.
12:28$3,900, illegal, fraud.
12:33They tried to see if they could sucker me into paying $3,900 because they incorrectly and were denied payment
12:45by the Medicare Advantage provider,
12:48which is there to safeguard, to some degree, our Medicare dollars for being part of the heart replacement surgery back
12:59in May of last year.
13:01And now that the clock is running out to properly collect through Medicare, it's $3,900 Medicare, we're guessing, might
13:14approve $1,500, $2,000 of it.
13:18And then I might be responsible for 20% of that.
13:22But that would be the top under the agreement they agreed to, to be responsible.
13:31So, let's say $2,000.
13:33I'd be responsible for a $400.
13:36I don't got the $400.
13:39Where it's coming from, I don't know.
13:41But a whole other story, I would have to work out a payment plan or beg through Give, Send, Go,
13:48again, for medical needs help.
13:52Again, full disclosure, I have in the past, thank you all to those who have helped me with past medical
14:00bills or when the tree came down on the house.
14:04It was two, was it two years ago now?
14:07And insurance, of course, only covers so much for help with that.
14:13Didn't have the money.
14:14You don't have it.
14:16What are you going to do?
14:17You can't leave.
14:18The tree literally knocked the electrical line off the house.
14:24That can't be left sitting there.
14:26I had power, but eventually more weather come through, might have taken out the power to the house, so it
14:34had to be taken care of.
14:36Where did that money come from?
14:38Thank you to generous people for helping with that, as well as the insurance.
14:44Again, I don't want to say their name, but they finally stepped up after months of pushing and prodding and
14:55getting the contractors that took care of the electrical and the tree involved in pushing and prodding to cover the
15:05cost, most of the cost, minus my deductible and, you know, whatever.
15:11I had to pay out of pocket some.
15:14Thank you to those who helped me.
15:17Back to the fraud.
15:18So, if the amount is, they billed $3,900, if Medicare approves $2,000, I'd be responsible for 20%
15:29for $400.
15:30Medicare would pay $1,600.
15:32That is all this provider, this doctor, and their office can legally attempt to bill me, but yet I am
15:46holding a bill here where they tried to get $3,900 out of me.
15:53That is fraud.
15:59And now, not only do I intend to, and thank you to the healthcare provider, the Medicare Advantage, it did
16:11call them now, finally, something they could have done in October.
16:17Like, they billed it in September, it was wrong.
16:22They billed it in October, it was still wrong.
16:26The health insurance Medicare Advantage plan told them both times, it's wrong.
16:32If you need help, call us, we'll help you get it right so that it's processed.
16:37But did they appeal or call to attempt to get it re-billed properly so they would be paid in
16:48October?
16:49No, they waited through November and December and January and February, and now the end of March, and tried to
17:00collect the whole amount illegally.
17:05So I expect, and next time in 30 days, I'm going to be calling back to check, is the bill
17:16there?
17:16Is it processed yet?
17:18But I not only want, I demand, you now know, this MD attempted fraudulent billing, report it.
17:36And I want a copy of the report, and I want a copy of the report sent to, I'm in
17:43the state of Michigan, Michigan House Healthcare Committee, Michigan Senate Healthcare Committee chair, Michigan has, of course, bodies where fraud
17:57is supposed to be reported.
17:58I want, I want, I want to be on a letter with all those people copied, that I know they
18:06all got a copy, and to Medicare in D.C., and to committees in D.C., fraud was attempted.
18:16What is going to be done about it?
18:25I'll leave, you know, I'm somewhat sympathetic, you know, thank you to these doctors.
18:33TAVR heart surgery, what a miracle.
18:36This guy really was there as a secondary doctor, just watching the procedure.
18:41If the TAVR, if the artery wouldn't have been accessible or open all the way through, they would have had
18:50to have stopped partway through the procedure, cracked open my chest, and done open heart surgery.
18:55This doctor would have done that.
18:57But he didn't do that.
18:59He basically sat there and, oh, yeah, you're doing a good job.
19:03Keep it up.
19:04I'm here if you need me.
19:05Do a good job.
19:06And thought he was going to get $3,900 out of me for that, for being a seal on the
19:13sideline.
19:14Yay, good job.
19:15Keep going.
19:16The guy who did the surgery, processed the bill properly, I've seen it.
19:22They've been paid.
19:23They're not begging me for more money beyond what I'm legally required and obligated to cover as my part of
19:33Medicare.
19:34And that's another thing.
19:35And people don't understand, oh, Medicare covers everything, doesn't it?
19:39No, no, no, no, no.
19:42There's automatically a 20%.
19:44Your part due.
19:46On top of the fact that you've paid into the Medicare system for 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 years.
19:56You may have paid into Medicare.
19:59You might be 80 and paid into Medicare 60 years as part of the FICA, right?
20:08The FICA is broken down, Social Security into Social Security and Medicare.
20:14I think the Medicare part is 1.5% of your income up to a level.
20:21Well, that up to a level needs to be bumped up.
20:25The percentage doesn't need to change, but the bump up level does.
20:29It's adjusted for inflation, but that ain't cutting it.
20:32And if the fraud were cut out, they wouldn't need to change anything.
20:40There's money there.
20:41It's not going bankrupt due to problems.
20:45It's going bankrupt due to fraud.
20:48Just like Social Security, those identified people 200-plus years of age supposedly collecting Social Security.
20:59And I've done a show on this.
21:01Please go back in the catalog and look it up.
21:04Now, could some of those people, supposedly 250-plus, been around longer than our nation's been a nation?
21:16And certainly two and a half times longer than Social Security's actually been a thing?
21:23Could some of those be a data error?
21:28Sure.
21:28But you've got to kick those out and say, investigate these.
21:34Have someone present a birth certificate.
21:39And a copy of the driver's license.
21:43There's proof of life and your actual age.
21:47Then we update the system if you're only 65 years old and you still keep collecting Social Security.
21:55But if you're not a real person, then you're gone.
22:01You're kicked off.
22:02These systems are going bankrupt due to fraud.
22:07And the left wants to do nothing about it.
22:11And I'm not letting the rhinos off the hook either.
22:15They're not willing to do enough about it either.
22:19Just turn a blind eye and go.
22:21Fire Pam Bondi.
22:25Get soon out of the Senate.
22:27And others.
22:30Other cabinet members.
22:32If they're not going to do the job of getting rid of this waste, fraud, and abuse, they must be
22:41fired.
22:42And maybe go to jail themselves for being complicit in the fraud.
22:48Looking the other way.
22:50Letting it go out.
22:52Just keep spending, spending, spending.
22:55It's just the taxpayer money.
22:57It isn't really their money.
22:59And then when it does go, Medicare or Social Security does go bankrupt.
23:08Real people, real citizens who will have their benefits cut will suffer.
23:14Not the ones engaged in the fraud.
23:16But, so, wrapping it up.
23:21We have to do something about all this fraud.
23:26Bring back Elon, again, as another temporary, for whatever, the 90-day program, under a new title.
23:36So he can be brought back in under the new title for 90 days.
23:41Carve it out in the law that's allowed.
23:45But we need Elon back or somebody high profile who will indeed come out before the cameras and give a
23:54report every week.
23:56This is what we're doing.
23:58This is what we found.
23:59And Congress needs to get off its ass and put together a bill to fix it.
24:07To cut out that spending and to demand people go to jail.
24:13Refer to Pam Blondie.
24:14And, not Pam Blondie.
24:17Whoever replaces her, actually prosecute people.
24:22Okay?
24:23I don't know how long I've rambled, so I'm going to end it here.
24:27I've gone too long.
24:28Thank you all.
24:30Take care.
24:31God bless.
24:32But, like I've said in other videos, though.
24:35Let me close.
24:35What are you doing?
24:37What are you doing?
24:38Rather than screaming at the TV or posting on social media about it, are you calling House members, Senate members,
24:48the White House, Pam Blondie's office?
24:52Are you writing letters to those people or even just to the letters to the editor of your paper?
25:00If 12 of you send in a letter, maybe one of the 12, but your letter showing you're one of
25:0912 pressures the paper to publish one of those letters about this topic.
25:16What are you doing?
25:18I don't want to hear what you're saying.
25:21I want to know what you're actually doing to matter.
25:26Doing that does matter.
25:28Are you showing up to Republican committee meetings?
25:32You whine about the rhinos.
25:35Are you going to the meetings and demand the rhinos be removed?
25:40Or are you just whining about it online?
25:44Go to the meetings.
25:47Find out where they are.
25:49Show up.
25:50Attend.
25:50And speak your piece.
25:52They're where it matters.
25:54Be a delegate.
25:56Are you a delegate?
25:57It takes very little to be a delegate.
26:02If not, why not?
26:04Oh, oh, the game.
26:06Oh, there's a basketball, hockey, football, MLB game.
26:12Oh, I, you can't give up one of those.
26:16I, you can't skip one game in a week to go to a meeting.
26:22Really?
26:24You're part of the problem.
26:26You're part of the problem.
26:27If you're not part of the solution, you're part of, I'm tired of the, but one person, no.
26:34But one person and one person and one person, if you all got off your ass and did it together,
26:40you'd be an insurmountable force.
26:43But all of you are being lazy and unwilling to do anything.
26:47And I'm older and I'm disability with health issues.
26:50So, I have health and financial issues that prevent me from doing those things that I used to do all
26:59the time.
27:00I didn't just talk the talk.
27:03I walked the walk.
27:05It's time for you to step up.
27:09Step up.
27:10Now, I know a lot of you are.
27:12I'm sorry.
27:13I apologize.
27:14Because some of you, I'm preaching to the choir here.
27:17You're doing those things.
27:20If you're doing those things, you can also then like, share, subscribe on this show.
27:26So, in this episode, you can share the link via email to people you know need to hear this.
27:34People you know aren't doing anything.
27:37They probably won't even look at the video because they're too lazy.
27:40But why is that stopping you from sending it to 30 people in your email list, in your email contacts?
27:50You can't excuse their laziness with your laziness.
27:55What are you doing?
27:59E-mailing.
28:00Like, share, subscribe.
28:02You don't even have to get off your couch to do that.
28:07Come on, people.
28:09Like I wrote at thelibertybeacon.com.
28:12No, you cannot rest.
28:14No Trump.
28:15Oh, we elected Trump.
28:17I voted.
28:18So what?
28:19You voted.
28:21One person.
28:23No Kings rallies.
28:24No shit.
28:25There isn't a king.
28:27One person can't do it all.
28:30What candidates are you supporting?
28:32You keep letting rhinos get elected.
28:36Why aren't you supporting a real conservative Republican?
28:40Helping their campaign.
28:41Donating their campaign.
28:43To replace some of these rhinos.
28:45To get Trump some help.
28:47What are you doing?
28:50What are you doing?
28:53Do something.
28:55You can't rest.
28:56Trump can't do it all.
28:58Ted Cruz can't do it all.
28:59Marco Rubio.
29:00J.D.
29:01Vance.
