00:07for children. Applicant Junaid Butt wants to change the use of a property in Reliant Close
00:13near Castlewood School to provide a residential placement for up to two children aged 7 to 17,
00:19offering support for those identified by the local authority as in need.
00:24Each child would have one-to-one support from staff, with a maximum of two staff members on
00:29shift at any time. No staff would live at the property. The applicant says the change would
00:35not affect neighbours and there is parking for staff. The application to make the change of use
00:40was submitted to Solihull Council in February.
