00:00Tiger Woods is in a big old mess right now. The former golf champ is facing another mountain of
00:05legal battles after his DUI arrest on Friday. Tiger's had a lot of issues over the years,
00:10but this recent incident came as a surprise to some. Not, however, to the Secret Service.
00:14Now, if you didn't know, Woods is dating President Trump's ex-daughter-in-law, Vanessa.
00:19She was previously married to Don Jr. and shares five children with the first son.
00:23According to sources who spoke exclusively with the Post, the Secret Service doesn't let Woods
00:27get behind the wheel of a vehicle if any of the president's grandchildren are in the car.
00:32Given Woods' sketchy vehicular record, this was protocol long before this most recent DUI charge.
00:37Police say Woods was under the influence of some kind of medication,
00:40not alcohol, when he rolled his Range Rover in his ritzy Florida neighborhood.
00:44A former employee of Woods told the Daily Mail that on a good day,
00:48the golfer often drives around, quote, like a bat out of hell. They added, quote,
00:52the guy is a terrible driver. You don't say. This is his second alleged DUI and third vehicular
00:58incident in the past decade. As for his girlfriend, Vanessa Trump, a source told Page Six, quote,
01:03it's a definite red flag, and she told him that he's going to get this sorted out and that she's
01:08going to require that. The Pentagon is preparing for weeks of American boots on the ground in Iran
01:13to finish dismantling the country's terror regime. The Washington Post is reporting that thousands
01:18of U.S. Marines will be sent to the Middle East to conduct raids, which includes special operations
01:22forces as well as conventional infantry troops. The latest report comes as two India-flagged tankers
01:28were allowed to pass through the Strait of Hormuz unharmed, which is still being controlled by Iran.
01:33The country's leaders had promised to allow, quote, non-hostile vessels safe passage,
01:38but President Trump has long said he wanted Hormuz open without any restrictions. And that's a big part
01:43of why the Pentagon may be planning for those boots on the ground inside of Iran. I asked
01:48the Post's deputy managing editor, Michael Zenni, about what we know so far. How many troops are
01:53we talking about here? And what exactly would the mission look like? We've just received word that
01:58the USS Tripoli, which is an amphibious assault ship with 1,500 Marines, has arrived in the Middle East.
02:06This is a force that is specifically designed to take beachheads. This is a very specific capability
02:14that this ship and these Marines have. The other thing that we're seeing is the mobilization of
02:22airborne troops with the 82nd Airborne Division who are being called up and sent to the Middle East.
02:28All of this indicates that this is likely not to be a invasion scale because that requires a lot more
02:38logistics, tanks, heavy, heavy equipment, those sorts of things. And everything that we're seeing from
02:46the reporting is that if there is some sort of ground invasion, that this would be a matter of
02:52sort of weeks or a few months, not what we saw in Iraq or Afghanistan. At least that's not the
03:00intention. And as far as the target, it looks increasingly like Karg Island, which is this
03:09critical oil producing island off of the coast of Iran, is the main target with the intention to use
03:17that as basically a pain point to force the Iranians to come to some sort of deal. As far as
03:24the
03:25opposition, you know, this is going to be, this is going to put U.S. troops in much greater harm's
03:32way
03:33than they have been to date, right? Anytime that you are on foreign soil engaging foreign troops
03:40is going to be different than what we've seen before, which is basically a massive air war
03:46where the U.S. and Israel and Iran are lobbying bombs and drones and missiles at each other.
03:53And we have already, of course, seen casualties on the U.S. side and on the Israeli side there.
04:00The latest weapon against health care fraud is you. At least that's what the president is hoping.
04:05The Trump administration is rolling out a new reward program that will pay whistleblowers up to
04:0930 percent of the fines imposed on the fraudsters that they help nab. Treasury Secretary Scott
04:14Besant is planning to announce the program today. And given the amount of fraud the administration
04:19believes is sloshing around the system, $70 billion between Medicaid and Medicare,
04:23tipsters could stand to make some serious coin. Confidential documents obtained by the Post show
04:28the plan will use money from the fines to fund the payouts, meaning taxpayers won't be on the hook
04:33for any of it. Now, the catch is this. It needs to be some big-time fraud in order to
04:39rise to the level
04:40of prompting a payout to amateur white-collar crime detectives. One document reads, quote,
04:45individuals located in the United States or abroad who provide information may be eligible for awards
04:50if the information they provide leads to a successful enforcement action that results in
04:55monetary penalties exceeding $1 million. Now, the new program mirrors a similar one run by the IRS for tax fraud.
