00:27causing his SUV to flip. Woods was able to crawl out on his own and was not injured.
00:34Deputies say Woods showed signs of impairment at the scene. He took a breathalyzer test,
00:39which showed no alcohol but refused a urine test. He has now been charged with DUI with property
00:45damage and refusing to submit to a lawful test. Officials believe medication or drugs may have
00:51been a factor. Woods was booked into the Martin County Jail and is expected to be held for at
00:57least eight hours under Florida law. No one else was hurt. The sheriff noted the situation quote
01:04could have been a lot worse. Woods previously suffered serious leg injuries in a severe crash
