00:32Musica
00:36That is insane
00:37That's insane
00:38These are my people
00:40Yeah these are your people
00:48Is that a moon rock?
00:49There's no way that's real
00:50That's real
00:53Let's do it
00:53Oh
00:54Wow
00:55I know
00:56That's so sick
00:57I feel it out
00:59Oh no!
01:00Oh no!
01:03Space!
01:04Yeah baby!
01:05Space cam!
01:17In Starfield, your unique character will have plenty of skills to unlock and master.
01:22One skill will be using your boost pack to defy gravity and navigate your way around planets and missions.
01:26What is using a boost pack like as an astronaut?
01:28Let's put these creators to the test.
01:31So this right here is the 1-6 gravity chair.
01:34When you are on the moon, gravity is not the same, right?
01:36So this simulates that for us here on Earth as close as we can get.
01:40So there's going to be a couple of different jumps that we're going to practice with you guys.
01:44The first one being a bunny hop.
01:45When we come back, you're going to do a crab walk, so side to side, right?
01:49And then we go back, okay, run as fast as you can.
01:58Woo!
01:59I really break out my old ballet skills.
02:02Mid-mission.
02:03Running away from the ops.
02:05I've got to get to the ship.
02:07Oh, he's swimming!
02:08He's swimming on the moon!
02:13There you go!
02:16Fire!
02:17Fire!
02:18Putting on my boost pack to see how high it can go.
02:23Oh!
02:25Oh!
02:26Oh!
02:26Oh, that was awesome.
02:28The moon was great.
02:29I would definitely go back.
02:31Exploring the universe takes a team, and when you hire and assign your crew to your ship and
02:35outposts, you'll need to take advantage of each member's unique skills that affect how
02:39you maintain and operate them.
02:40What we're going to be helping us out with is inspired after one of the most top ten systems
02:45to fail on the International Space Station, the ammonia tank assembly.
02:48It's an active thermal control system.
02:50It's still there right now.
02:52The objective of the EVA is to get the fixed one, swap it with the busted one.
02:57That's pretty much it.
02:59Oh my god, I'm kind of scared.
03:01There you go.
03:04This is so funny.
03:14Thank you.
03:17Put me on tether, and we're good.
03:22Yeah, good job, good job.
03:24Pull and collected.
03:25Pull and collected.
03:25Okay, pull and collected, go!
03:27Oh my god.
03:28Okay, Flight Engineer 1, you ready?
03:30I'm ready!
03:30Oh no!
03:32Hey, okay.
03:32I'm facing the wrong way!
03:34Okay, okay, that way.
03:35Go there.
03:36I'm failing.
03:37I'm not going to lie to anyone.
03:39Lefty, Lucy.
03:40This is real.
03:40In Starfield, you've got to utilize your crew's skill sets, and this isn't mine.
03:48Guys, I'm fixing the ISS right now.
03:51It's pretty hot.
03:52This suit is really hot.
03:53Listen, this team right here, the epitome of teamwork makes the dream work.
03:58Teamwork!
03:59Teamwork makes the dream work!
04:01Woo!
04:01We collected it!
04:02Yeah!
04:03We did it!
04:05In Starfield, you command and pilot your own ship.
04:08These creators will need to understand what it takes to be the captain, where are the controls,
04:12and how to fly stealthily, or unstealthily, during intense space combat throughout the universe
04:16when adventuring between planets.
04:19This simulator here is called our MAT.
04:22It's short for a multi-axis trainer.
04:24It is designed to keep your center of gravity.
04:27It has three different axes that spin.
04:30This is designed to simulate what would happen in space if you lost control of the shuttle
04:35and it went into a tailspin.
04:37Who would like to ride first?
04:38Oh my goodness!
04:43That was fast!
04:44Whoa!
04:46Whoa!
04:49Whoa!
04:50Whoa!
04:50Whoa!
04:51Whoa!
04:51Yeah!
04:51Your hair looks great!
04:53Yeah!
04:54Yeah!
04:55Yeah!
04:55It's really fun.
04:57So in Starfield, you fly a ship, and similarly to this, I'm going to call out the counterforce
05:02that I need to apply on my ship.
05:05Back, right, back, left, back, back, back, back, forward, forward, forward, forward, forward,
05:12back, left, no, no, right, left, left, and forward.
05:18These are all of my childhood dreams being realized.
05:23My mom is going to be so proud of me.
05:26I keep on the flail.
05:28In Starfield, you've got to be a competent captain.
05:30When your ship is flying through space and you experience space turbulence, you've got
05:34to know what you're talking about.
05:35Your head has to be logical.
05:36So I'm going to try to explain strength theory as best as I can while getting flipped around
05:39in this thing.
05:40Alright, so we've got Einstein's theory of general relativity, which is basically just
05:44the theory of everything's big.
05:45Then we've got quantum physics, which is the theory of everything's small.
05:49In order for those two theories to unify, we need to create the theory of everything
05:53in order to unify them.
05:55That would be strength theory.
06:00This is the Marshal.
06:03It is the Marshal.
06:04Yeah, actually, are the plants back there?
06:06Is this real?
06:07Yeah, these are real plants.
06:08We had some cilantro when we harvested it already.
06:10Yeah.
06:11You come.
06:11Go.
06:11Get back.
06:12Get back.
06:12Yeah.
06:14We had an amazing time.
06:15Amazing.
06:16Incredible.
06:17I loved every activity, every astronaut training program we did.
06:20Everything was so fun.
06:21I would do it again, but they didn't let me.
06:22Yeah, I got to see things that I've never seen before.
06:24I think this makes us more excited to play Starfield.
06:27Thank you very much to Bethesda and Space Camp for having us.
06:30We'll see you guys later.
06:32Thank you.
06:33Make your dreams come true.
06:34Love it.
06:34Thank you, guys.
06:35Reach for the stars.
