Horror Express (1972) is a sci-fi horror film directed by Eugenio Martín. Set aboard the Trans-Siberian Express, the story follows anthropologist Professor Sir Alexander Saxton (Christopher Lee), who discovers a frozen prehistoric creature in China and transports it to Europe.
During the journey, mysterious deaths begin occurring among passengers. Alongside his rival Dr. Wells (Peter Cushing), Saxton uncovers that the creature is actually an ancient alien lifeform capable of absorbing knowledge and killing its victims. As panic spreads, the creature moves from host to host, making it nearly impossible to stop.
With the help of Captain Kazan (Telly Savalas), the survivors must find a way to destroy the entity before it reaches civilization.
Main Cast:
Christopher Lee as Prof. Saxton
Peter Cushing as Dr. Wells
Telly Savalas as Captain Kazan
Alberto de Mendoza as Father Pujardov
Silvia Tortosa as Countess Irina
A cult classic blending horror, mystery, and sci-fi aboard a moving train. 🚂👻

00:06:23They're so much.
00:06:23I'm here.
00:06:24I'll see you.
00:06:28I'm here.
00:06:29I'm here.
00:06:44I'm here.
00:06:46See.
00:06:46See you there.
00:06:48Two private compartments to Moscow, if you please.
00:06:51Two, you say? Will that be all?
00:06:54And three crates of animals.
00:06:56Impossible.
00:06:57I know I'm asking you to perform miracles, Professor.
00:07:00May I help you?
00:07:31It's called squeezing, China.
00:07:33The American people know how.
00:07:34And in Britain, we call it bribery and corruption.
00:07:39Now, sir. Excuse me.
00:07:51You...
00:07:52Get out!
00:07:53Halt!
00:07:55Sir Alexander Saxton.
00:07:58Yes?
00:08:00Captain O'Higgins, sir.
00:08:02General Wang told me to find you.
00:08:03And to make myself useful.
00:08:06Um, now I remember.
00:08:09I do have Your Excellency's ticket.
00:08:13Your... your ticket. Right here.
00:08:29And the Lord had mercy on his soul.
00:08:32Not that he deserves it, the dirty thief.
00:08:35You have his things?
00:08:37You knew him?
00:08:40Krasinski, the locksmith.
00:08:42He could open any trunk with a hairpin.
00:08:51A thief?
00:08:53But he was blind.
00:08:55Blind?
00:08:56He could spot a policeman a mile away.
00:09:03I'll be damned.
00:09:09The work of the devil.
00:09:22Can I be of any assistance, father?
00:09:27This is yours.
00:09:28It is, but I demand an explanation.
00:09:32Whatever you have here is unholy.
00:09:34And must be destroyed.
00:09:47Inspector Mirov, what is in there, Excellency?
00:09:51Fossils.
00:09:53What is a fossil?
00:09:55A stone.
00:09:58Stones.
00:10:00There wouldn't be something valuable in there, like gold.
00:10:03Gold?
00:10:04It's a laboratory specimen.
00:10:07No value to a thief.
00:10:09Where there is God.
00:10:12There is always a place for the cross.
00:10:14Even on this stone floor, just so.
00:10:22But Satan is evil.
00:10:24And where evil is, there is no place for the cross.
00:10:45Rubbish.
00:10:46A conjurer's trick.
00:10:48Captain.
00:10:49Yes, sir.
00:10:49You get your men to put the crate on the train.
00:10:58Ready?
00:11:03Lift it up.
00:11:05Off you go.
00:11:19Joes!
00:11:20Who is the crane see?
00:11:28Be careful there, sir.
00:11:29Not here.
00:11:32I want to be careful, is this one?
00:11:33Go.
00:11:34You're my chance to find your guy.
00:11:42Come on.
00:11:42Come on, come on.
00:11:43The car is full of Recognition.
00:11:44I want to be careful!
00:11:44Come on, come on, come on.
00:11:44Come on, come on!
00:11:57Follow me.
00:12:20Let's go.
00:12:53Oh, my God.
00:13:39What are you going to astound the scientific world with this time?
00:13:42You'll read about it in the Society's annual report.
00:13:45It's a remarkable fossil.
00:13:47Fossil?
00:13:48But you've got something live in there.
00:13:50I heard it.
00:13:50You're mistaken.
00:13:52You won't be defeated, then?
00:13:54The occupant hasn't eaten in two million years.
00:13:58That's one way to economise on food bills.
00:14:04Baggage man?
00:14:09Alinka, what's the matter with you?
00:14:11Yes, Countess?
00:14:12You have a safe of valuables?
00:14:14Yes, Countess.
00:14:15I shall make out a receipt.
00:14:22Excuse me.
00:14:27Alinka's freed of something.
00:14:30What do you have in that crate?
00:14:32Oh, nothing that would interest Alinka, madame.
00:14:38Normally she likes Englishmen.
00:14:40All we Poles do.
00:14:43I'm honored, madame.
00:14:44Oh, yes, England.
00:14:47Queen Victoria, crumpets, Shakespeare.
00:14:51I admire Poland, madame.
00:14:53I believe that there is a bond between our countries.
00:14:56My husband, the Count Petrovsky,
00:14:59says that in the 15th century,
00:15:02your King Henry
00:15:03betrayed us to the Russians.
00:15:06Hmm.
00:15:08I hope that you and your husband, madame,
00:15:10will accept my profoundest apologies.
00:15:12Oh, she's really afraid.
00:15:17I wonder what it is.
00:15:20May I escort you back to your carriage, madame?
00:15:39I'm sorry.
00:15:42I'm sorry.
00:15:45I'm sorry.
00:15:47I'm sorry.

00:15:55Oh, thank you.
00:15:57Excuse me.
00:15:59Yes?
00:16:00I was on the platform before when that mad monk was carrying on.
00:16:04Yes?
00:16:06I'm an engineer, a scientist.
00:16:13This is ordinary chalk.
00:16:16How do you explain it not writing on that crate?
00:16:20Hypnosis, yoga.
00:16:22These mystics can be very convincing.
00:16:25They can even hypnotize themselves.
00:16:39The fresh food we will pick up.
00:16:41Who will pay for it, sir?
00:16:43Oh, just keep an account of how much you spend.
00:16:48If someone were to drill a little hole in this crate during the night
00:16:52and take a look at what's inside, I'd be very grateful.
00:17:16Let's in order.

00:22:05Sure of yourself, aren't you?
00:22:07The blue one with the decollet
00:22:11Or perhaps the dead one
00:22:15You're jesting with her immortal soul
00:22:19That's why we keep you, Pujardov
00:22:22Our immortal souls are your concern
00:22:30She's afraid of something
00:22:34Tell me, Pujardov
00:22:35Yes

00:23:30Oh, it's the piece I was playing
00:23:33I wonder who it is
00:23:35Let's go.
00:24:17You wish to see us?
00:24:19I thought one of you might know what happened to the baggage man.
00:24:23I haven't the remotest idea.
00:24:25What about you?
00:24:28Perhaps it had something to do with what's inside that crate.
00:24:31I agree with you.
00:24:32He was trying to open it when something happened.
00:24:35What?
00:24:42Fortunately, he was interrupted.
00:24:44Yes.
00:24:45By whom?
00:24:48Why are you so worried about it being opened?
00:24:51It may be my fault.
00:24:53I asked the baggage man to take a look.
00:24:55I was curious.
00:24:56It was no concern of yours.
00:25:00Or of yours.
00:25:03Good night.
00:25:07One man dead, another missing.
00:25:09It's time we open this box.
00:25:11You will do no such thing.
00:25:14Give me the key.
00:25:32Konev.
00:25:33See if you can open the crate with that.
00:25:37Go ahead.
00:25:38Come on.
00:25:40Come on.
00:25:41Come on.
00:25:54Come on.
00:26:21Oh, my God.
00:26:23It's the baggage man.
00:26:25What was in there?
00:26:26I told you, a fossil, part ape, part man.
00:26:29It lived two million years ago.
00:26:31Are you telling me that an ape that lived two million years ago
00:26:34got onto that crate, killed the baggage man and put him in there,
00:26:38then locked everything up neat and tidy and got away?
00:26:41Yes, I am. It's alive. It must be.
00:26:44Lock him up.
00:26:45We'll search the train and find it, whatever it is, and destroy it.
00:26:49But if it's alive...
00:26:50I want this kept quiet.
00:26:52I don't want to panic the passengers.
00:27:24I don't want to panic.
00:27:53I don't know.
00:28:10Oh, my God.
00:28:26Oh, my God.
00:29:05Oh, my God.
00:29:20Oh, my God.
00:29:33Oh, my God.
00:29:45Oh, my God.
00:30:12Oh, my God.
00:30:41Oh, my God.
00:30:42Oh, my God.
00:30:42Oh, my God.
00:30:48Oh, my God.
00:31:08Oh, my God.

00:32:34Oh, my God.
00:32:34Oh, my God.
00:32:42Oh, my God.
00:32:48Can you keep that still?
00:32:49Mm-hmm.
00:32:54What is he doing?
00:32:55Tree pan.
00:33:10Don't get up, please.
00:33:19I see you have decided to die in alone, Sir Alexander.
00:33:24I've eaten in worse circumstances, and in worse company.
00:33:33Burn some.
00:33:35Here you are, Doctor.
00:33:45You're in bad humor because you've lost your box of bones.
00:33:51Hmm?
00:33:53That box of bones, madame, could have solved many of the riddles of science.
00:33:59If the theory of evolution is confirmed, if the science of biology is revolutionized,
00:34:05if the very origin of man is determined...
00:34:08I have heard of evolution.
00:34:10It's... it's immoral.
00:34:12It's a fact.
00:34:13And there's no morality in a fact.
00:34:23And what about the baggage man?
00:34:25And that poor thief at the station?
00:34:28What about them?
00:34:30They are dead.
00:34:34Was your creature responsible for that?
00:34:37Probably.
00:34:40And you don't care?
00:34:44A baggage man?
00:34:45And a thief?
00:34:52You're right, madame.
00:34:54I don't care as much as I should.
00:35:02Can you tell me how he died?
00:35:07Smooth as a baby's bottom.
00:35:09You saw this man today, and he was normal?
00:35:12Absolutely.
00:35:13It must be a mutation, a freak of nature.
00:35:16What's so special about this brain?
00:35:19Learning and memory are engraved on the normal brain.
00:35:24Leaving a wrinkled surface.
00:35:28This brain has been drained.
00:35:30The memory has been removed.
00:35:33Like chalk erased from a blackboard.
00:35:49There's a danger.
00:35:50There's aポucking máquina.
00:35:53We have to go through that.
00:35:54Chemical residue.
00:35:54How about that?
00:35:54See you for a nice little 애들.
00:35:56I couldn't help you.
00:35:56I can't help you.
00:35:56I can't help you out, sounds like a Inamil.
00:35:58It would only be a typical해carcer.
