00:07of their organisation from this September. Girlguiding says the change follows a Supreme
00:13Court ruling defining sex inequality law as biological. Existing members have been given
00:19until the 6th of September to prepare before being made to leave, while some volunteers may
00:24move into different roles. The organisation says it's acting to ensure it operates lawfully
00:29and within its governing rules. Campaign groups are divided, with some calling the move harmful,
00:36while others say it protects single-sex spaces. It's not clear how many people will be directly
00:41affected by the change.
