00:00We're here in Venezuela traveling with Secretary Wright, the highest ranking U.S. official to visit
00:05the country after Nicolas Maduro was captured by U.S. forces at the start of the year. And it's
00:10almost surreal to be here at the presidential palace to see an American flag hanging outside
00:16the presidential palace in a place like Venezuela. The U.S. suspended all diplomatic overtures,
00:22closed its embassy in 2019. And right now you have individuals on the ground trying to once
00:29again bring the embassy back up. And they're having conversations about energy, business
00:34opportunities. Secretary Wright told us on the plane that if you want to transform a country,
00:38it's not with troops on the ground, it's with commerce.
