00:20And there are several issues, one is sustainable careers, that doesn't just mean short term
00:27contracts, but also the way people are allowed to progress, a lot of our workers get stuck
00:33at a particular level and it's very very difficult to move on to the next thing and that leaves

00:38The major issue is the pay off that we've got, which is way below inflation, and we understand
00:44that management has to look after the budget, but we can only go backwards for so long.
00:48That budget comes from the taxpayer, just the same as your budget comes from your members,
00:53you know, our budget comes from the taxpayer, and we have to respect that, but we are humans
00:58living in a society at the same time, and we can only go backwards for so long, and we
01:03feel that the offer that we've got is not commensurable with either our skills or our experience, or
01:09especially inflation, which is only just going to get worse.
