00:04These are really key. So we showed this a little bit earlier. You can get freezer thermometers,
00:10which are three or four pounds, and they just live in your freezer and they've got the temperature on.
00:15But if you can, you know, invest in something like this, it's about 10, 20 pounds. This has a remote
00:19sensor.
00:20So we can track the temperature.
00:22So does that bit go inside?
00:24That goes inside. And we've got two. We have got one in there. It's a little bit warm because we
00:28just put it in before.
00:29So what temperature should it be?
00:31It wants to be minus 18 degrees C. Now, the reason this is helpful is it can cost about 110
00:37pounds a year to run a fridge freezer.
00:40So it's actually, if this is too cold, then you are wasting energy. You're paying for just too much energy
00:48for working that freezer.
00:49So if it's colder than minus 22, you don't need it to be that cold. You can adjust it. But
00:54minus 18 is fine as well.
00:55So minus 18 could save you a hundred plus quid potentially over the year.
