16:53And you relocate things and I'm thinking about the Clippers season and it feels like
16:57Ty has done exactly that with some of the clutter on the roster and what's going on this season and

17:05On December 20th when he said we're gonna go 35 and 20 and at no point
17:11I mean, I went through the schedule and I thought I don't know if they get to 20 win just
17:14by based off of the way that they were played
17:18Turnaround even after the win against the Lakers I'd be lying to you if I thought oh they found something
17:23well
17:25They did and it has been progressively gonna rearview mirror
17:28I'm gonna say something Brian and you might get on me about it. The players responsible
17:35for the six and 21
17:37I'm not the same players who responsible for the response and whatever was going on in the beginning of the

17:46There was agendas and it was personal and it wasn't working and at some point
17:52There were enough players who decided that they were going to commit to the season to turn this thing around

19:39But you're right about Ty Lue on the coaching front and I will say this
19:42Not everybody in this league gets an award because you've done a good job, you know
19:47And Ty has done a remarkable job. He will not be rewarded for coach of the year
19:52But I guarantee you coaches in this profession
19:55And the fans the true fans have watched every iteration of this team this year and the nine lives that
20:01it has
20:01Has a lot of respect for the way that they have stayed the course said what they intended to do
20:07like you said in December
20:08And here we are with a chance to be in the postseason with a few games to go
20:12Another thing that to be and it's a big deal to those I think around the organization
20:18Not just basketball staff, but those in the front office the business side that there's a potential here
20:23The Clippers to continue their winning season streak and it's that's not what it's about
20:28But given where the Clippers were when you played for them it was place of destitution
20:33Dr. Rivers talked about making this a place of destination and that's where they're at and they're trying to protect
20:38that at the same time
20:39They're trying to be competitive in the Western Conference
20:42There's a lot of positive things that have happened here this season even though it's gonna fall well short of
20:47what they were thinking
20:48The expectations were at the start of the season well said Brian
20:51But there's an iteration in this team now that has its future also some pieces for the future in place
20:57So I think we've covered it here for tonight, but
21:01Some exciting times here in the next couple weeks as the Clippers close in on some kind of playoff position
