00:00I'd like to announce my candidacy for the presidency of the United States of America.
00:06Now, I know I've come into this a little late.
00:10Oh, is that the time?
00:13That was just a little joke.
00:16I only decided to run this morning.
00:18You see, I've always wanted to be president, and my friend Milburn said that would be a fun thing for
00:23me to do.
00:23So he's going to be my running mate.
00:26I could crack another joke there, but I can't think of one.
00:30Anyway, when he first suggested I should run, I said, that's a very interesting suggestion, Milburn,
00:35but perhaps to be ruled out on the grounds of my stupidity, which is considerable.
00:41I really have no brains at all.
00:43It's amazing.
00:44But Milburn said that someone ought to do something, because he can't understand how we can look around our nation
00:49of 500 million clever people
00:50and decide that only Jimmy Carter or Ronald Reagan could possibly lead us.
00:54He thinks that's amazing.
