00:10The subject featured in the following interview
00:12operated within this community

00:18Their identity has been concealed for security purposes.
00:26If somebody asks me what I do for a living,
00:28I help people.
00:33When I'm on an op, I'm not thinking about anything but the op.
00:36Home is at home.
00:38What the job is in front of you,
00:40that's the only thing that matters at the time.
00:44Guys are always going to modify their gear
00:46the way that they want to, obviously,
00:49but nobody's going to dictate how you carry your magazines
00:51or what holster you use.
00:52The bottom line is results.
00:55If you're on a DA and you're kicking doors
00:58and the only thing you're thinking is
01:00check your six, get the squeeze and do your job.
01:04Once you're in the door,
01:05you're thinking, hey, box shots.
01:07Hey, box shots on shoots and don't shoot the no-shoots.
01:11If everybody's standing, then we're good to go.
01:13Let's tackle the next problem.
01:15Every man around you has the utmost confidence in you to do your job.
01:19And at the same time, you've got to do your job
01:21because they're expecting you to.
01:25If you want a mission that is successful,
01:28you can bet there's a dozen lessons learned
01:30that you've taken home.
01:33Success within a brotherhood is defined
01:35as taking care of your brothers.
01:37That's the bottom line.
01:39Everybody comes home.
01:40See you next time.
01:42Bye.
01:49Bye.
