00:30Tirelianes anchors his complaint on the February 23 press conference of the quote-unquote ex-Marines,
00:35their joint affidavit, their interview with Jessica Soho,
00:38their March 5 press conference, and an SMNI interview.
00:42Also named in the cyber libel complaint are SMNI hosts Banatbay, Oliver Cristobal,
00:47Master Judea, and RJ Piodina for allegedly inducing and provoking the malicious claims.
00:52Others who had filed criminal complaints against the ex-Marines are Mamamayang
00:56Liberal Representative Laila de Lima, Father Flavi Villanueva, and National Security Advisor Eduardo Año.
