00:06Senate probe witness Michael Maurilio. Ontiveros filed her complaints with the

00:10Justice Department's prosecution service on Wednesday, July 9. She accuses the respondents

00:15of spreading disinformation, primarily through a video in which Maurilio claimed Ontiveros

00:20bribed him to testify. In a Senate hearing, Maurilio testified that he was abused by members

00:24of Kybaloi sect, the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. He also said he witnessed suspicious activities

00:29by members of the Duterte family who are friends with Kybaloi. Maurilio changed his tune in

00:34the video, which was posted on Facebook in late June. Ontiveros said Maurilio made distress

00:38calls to her office right before the video was published on June 24 and that he might

00:43be under pressure to recant. Besides Maurilio, Ontiveros named the following respondents.

00:50Last week, Ontiveros asked the National Bureau of Investigation to investigate Maurilio and

00:55several vloggers for cyber libel. This time, she is formally asking the Justice

00:59Department to prosecute the respondents for a criminal offense.
