00:31We've never endorsed a fitness programming system or any gimmicky products.
00:35Our way of training is based on science, it's based on fact, not on hype.
00:40UFC Personal Trainer Game is a great tool outside of the gym
00:43because it allows people to do fitness programming in their homes,
00:47at their own leisure, with little to no equipment.
00:50Optimum Performance Training is a systematic, integrated approach
00:53to gather specific adaptations from the body, stabilizations, strength, and endurance.
00:59That has been proven in the university labs and proven in the field by today's top athletes and top coaches.
01:07We've taken that approach, blended it with non-traditional MMA type exercises,
01:12added in traditional exercises, and within the program itself,
01:16there's scripted on days and off days.
01:18So for example, you may train three days in a row, have one day off, train two days in a
01:23row, have another day off.
01:24But then within those three days, we have body part specific training.
01:29So we've got upper body days, lower body days, total body days, core conditioning days.
01:35And then within that, we've been able to take traditional training exercises,
01:39blended them with MMA specific exercises, put cardio in there for a really fun, exciting, you know, great program.
01:45And the end result is a great workout that gets people great results in a very short period of time.
