00:36So we're about to check out the demo, and this takes place at pretty much the beginning of Act 2.
00:42Isaac's kind of discovered an all-new hostile environment,
00:45and on this new planet, he's going to encounter an all-new necromorph.
00:49So when you see the necromorph being taken down, pay close attention to it,
00:53because you'll see the different ways that it acts after it's been dismembered.

06:42So that was the Dead Space that you've kind of come to know and enjoy.
06:45It's the single player Dead Space, but what we're going to show you next is something
06:49that we've been working really hard on that's super cool, which is all new in Dead Space 3,
06:54and that's Drop In Drop Out Co-op. With Drop In Drop Out Co-op, you're able to team up
07:00and take down the terror together with a friend.
07:03So what you're going to see here is the way that our co-op works.
07:07Now, I want to be really clear about one thing.
07:09The people that really enjoy that single player Dead Space game that they've come to love and enjoy,
07:14that's going to remain the same.
07:16So if you never want to play co-op, you can just keep playing single player Dead Space.
07:19It's going to be just like what you've come to expect.
07:22But if you want to try the game with a friend, now you have that option by letting a player
07:26seamlessly drop into your game
07:28and pick up the story with you.
07:30What you're going to see is actually some different dialogue, some changed around cut scenes,
07:35some new story details that you wouldn't normally get.
07:38So you're kind of getting two games for the price of one.
07:41And there's a motivation now to share Dead Space with a friend.
07:44So pay close attention, you're going to hear some different dialogue,
07:47and you're going to notice that the cut scene is a little bit different here in this sequence.
07:50The other thing you're going to get to see coming up real soon is our all-new human enemy,
07:56which are Unitologist soldiers.
07:57So take a look.

13:04this one takes place with this giant freaking drill
13:08and it's really cool because it's an environment hazard that you can actually use against the necromorphs
13:13so pay attention to what's going on here
13:15you're going to get to see necros getting pulped into this giant drill which is awesome
13:19and we really spent a lot of time making sure the pulping was super awesome
13:23because I like saying the word pulping
13:25and it's super awesome to see bits and body parts go flying
13:28and it's just freaking cool
13:30so we did it and it's awesome
13:32so check that out
13:33the other thing you need to notice is that it's really intense
13:36because not only are you dealing with all these necromorphs coming at you
13:39but you got this giant freaking drill that you have to deal with
13:42it's big
13:43it could pulp you
13:44which is pretty cool
13:45but we're not going to let that happen hopefully if the demo is any good
13:48we won't let him get pulped
13:49but it's really cool
13:50and it's also super thrilling
13:52super epic
