18:55police say 59 year old dr richard warren was at his beachwood home after cutting short a planned
19:01overseas vacation due to motion sickness his wife jane returning from the trip thursday
19:06to find the house locked with no answer police discovered the podiatrist's body
19:11upstairs with at least five gunshot wounds
19:19going back to what we were discussing before about these conversations that you had with him
19:27richard was very upset about his relationship with his brother how so his father and his mother lived
19:34with his brother and richard hasn't seen them in a year and my brother and sister-in-law are taking
19:39care of them and something between them happened about a year and a half ago i don't know what it

19:45okay but clearly i think you can imagine that it had something to do with richard's
19:51not being there for them had he changed his will or anything like that he wanted his wife substituted
19:58in okay so he wanted his wife then i won't go into detail but yes something to that nature

25:44beechwood police officers discovered the body of 59 year old richard warren at his residence on
25:50bretwood road the victim died as a result of multiple gunshot wounds there was no forced entry to the home
25:57and the circumstances at the scene were not indicative of a random incident committed by a
26:02stranger that scene was turned over to the ohio bureau of criminal investigation for evidence
26:09collection and investigation i'm sure i speak for the entire beechwood community when i say that our
26:15thoughts are with the warren family and their friends after this tragic and senseless event
26:26richard's two sons how do they threaten him to chop them up to chop up their own father
