00:10When you start raising
00:11kids and you think about
00:13what you want to be able to do with them, if you're a gamer
00:15one of the things you want to be able to do is play games with your kids.
00:18So I have three young kids
00:19and so I was actually pretty excited that this is
00:22a game that we can play together.
00:23When I had the chance to play with my daughters
00:25we played through for four hours complete
00:27and I just couldn't get her to stop opening
00:29new pages. It was fun to get to
00:31see it through her eyes.
00:33Kinect is a great way to remove barriers
00:35for younger players and to have
00:37just an all in all healthier experience playing a game.
00:40I thought parents are going to love watching their kids
00:42play with Kinect because they're standing up
00:43they're jumping around, they're being active
00:45it just looks healthier and it is healthier.
00:47I know I break a sweat when I play Once Upon a Monster.

00:54What I'm most proud of in Once Upon a Monster
00:56is how we've managed to allow
00:57people to play together of all different
01:00skill levels and attention spans.
01:02If you have a parent playing with a kid
01:03and then the kid decides to run off
01:05and then come back or the parent decides
01:08to leave and the kid's older brother
01:10or sister comes in, that
01:11will all work and they'll all have fun
01:13and the parent can help the kid or the older
01:16sibling can help the younger sibling
01:17and everyone's having fun.
01:19There's so many different sort of play styles to accommodate
01:22here. People who want to try to get
01:23every last point in the game, collect everything
01:25people who just want to have fun
01:28in the world, people who have more
01:29fun showing other people how to play the game
01:31people who kind of want to compete a little bit
01:34but not too much, you know, people who just want to
01:36see their kid have fun, all of those people
01:37can play together.
01:38Be dinky playing game, let's all be
01:41silly, scary monsters!
01:44Wave your claws like a monster!
01:46There aren't very many good games out there for kids
01:49and for parents to play together
01:50and I know that when I was a kid
01:51I would have loved for my parents to play more
01:53video games with me. Once Upon a Monster
01:55is really a game that I wish I had
01:57when I was a little kid.
