31:19It feels so cozy and warm.

31:21I'm glad they did muted colors.

31:23Then they used pops of colors with the furniture,
31:26which I think was a better use of color.

31:28I love that they used the wallpaper in here.

31:31I like the touch, but I think the Roman clay with the mural,
31:35that's maybe where the tones just don't quite flow.

31:42This is a special piece that can be used season to season to season.

31:50There's a room that I used to always forget about.

31:52This is very different from what this room used to look like.

32:02And I really like that they did the light stain here
32:04and then the dark stain on the ceiling treatment.
32:07I think it draws your eye in different directions.

32:10I do wish the walls on the insides were a little bit thicker,

32:15Kind of gives it a little bit of a cheaper look.
32:17And I just wish the sconce would fit this trim.

34:16We're going to start with the living room space.
34:18First thing I noticed is the mural.

34:34We talked about it in the beginning.
34:35We're supposed to take risks and add a fun, fresh take on the mansion,
34:39and I thought it did just that.

34:45Everybody's going to have a different opinion, and you know what they say about opinions.
34:48They're just like, everyone's got one, and they think so.
34:52The thing that should have stood out a little bit more was your essence of the rose.
34:57I love the podium.
34:58I think it's beautiful.
34:59However, I'm not going to lie, it did get lost when I was looking at the room as a whole.
35:05For me, the wallpaper feels a bit overdone, but I think that the color choices in here are such a
35:13significant improvement from the before.
35:15It feels really cozy, intentional, well thought out.

35:24I think this room is stunning.
35:25The first thing I noticed when I walked into the space was that tile.
35:29I am a sucker for a star and a cross, and the color is so pretty.
35:34I think it's such a nice homage to the rose.
35:36It's a room I would have in my own house.
35:38I really like it.
35:39I love this hand-painted art.

35:45The way that you guys use the furniture and the decor from Wayfair, you guys did a phenomenal job.
35:50I think it just filled the space wonderfully.
35:53But the candle room is the candle room.
35:55I thought I could just have been a little bit more symbolic of that.
36:00It's such a dramatic room, but the candles fell a little flat.
36:05Now, the bar area and the wine cellar.
36:08The first thing I noticed was the rose detail.
