00:03PS4 System Software Update 2.0 is right around the corner,
00:06so let's take a look at some of the new features about to hit your system.
00:10First up is a USB music player.
00:13Simply insert a USB memory stick with audio files,
00:16and the USB music player icon will appear.
00:19Once you select the music player, you'll see folders with your music.
00:23With this update, we'll have default themes that let you change the background color,
00:27as well as additional themes that can be downloaded from the PlayStation Store.
00:31We've added new voice commands on PS4,
00:33which you can use by speaking through the PlayStation camera or a compatible headset,
00:37including the wired headset that came with your system.
00:40Say PlayStation to begin voice commands,
00:43and all commands to see a list of options,
00:45or fewer commands to condense a list.
00:50You can now pause and resume downloads in the Notification Downloads menu.
00:55The party and invitation screens have been redesigned.
00:58In the main screen, the function menu is now on the right-hand side,
01:02text labels have been added,
01:03and the invitation screen looks cleaner overall.
01:07As you know, it's easy to capture video clips on PS4.
01:11Previously, you could only export video clips to Facebook.
01:14But with PS4's 2.0 update, you'll be able to upload clips directly to YouTube,
01:19making it easy to share your greatest gameplay moments with the world.
01:23From the YouTube upload page, you can trim a clip,
01:28watch a preview, and even post a link directly to Twitter and Facebook.
01:33Don't forget to use PS4's ShareFactory app,
01:36which offers intuitive video editing tools and effects,
01:39to customize your gameplay clips with a personal and more stylized touch.
01:43Speaking of PS4's social capabilities,
01:46the 2.0 update also brings improvements to live broadcasting on the system.
01:50When you select Live from PlayStation to watch live streams,
01:53you'll see some new icons on the sidebar.
01:55One of those icons is Featured,
01:57which shows broadcast from PlayStation and live streams from people on your friends list.
02:01We also added Games List, which lets you watch live streams from specific games.
02:06You also have the option of following your favorite broadcaster by selecting their heart icon in the lower left corner.
02:13Once you follow some channels or broadcasters,
02:16you'll be able to watch archived live streams by toggling between live and archived.

02:24We added some new features with 2.0 to further customize your channel.
02:28That includes the ability to add a simple message for spectators,
02:31which will be displayed on the bottom of the game screen.
02:34If you have a PlayStation camera,
02:36you can select from filters and backgrounds for the picture-in-picture on your broadcast.
02:40You can also change the position and size of the picture-in-picture on your broadcast.
