01:09I generally require the use of my fingers to go through them to make sure I'm not getting

01:20So we're in anti-gravity right now, and you may have seen I got hit and I got a speed
01:25boost.
01:27So when you're in anti-gravity mode and you run into other racers, you get a boost.
01:31So it's totally the opposite of the standard racing, so you do need to change up your approach
01:36a little bit when you're in anti-gravity.
01:39And you can always know you're in anti-gravity because the wheels on your cart or motorbike
01:44turn to that horizontal configuration.
01:46It's not horizontal, and it has a blue line going through it.

02:30So it's kind of a two-in-one benefit.
02:36I love all the detail on the levels too.
02:37Once we are in this tunnel, the headlights turn on, which is amazing.
02:42Yeah, there's a lot going on in this level.
02:44It's hard to notice when you're trying not to lose, which I'm failing at.
02:49And it's going at 60 frames a second, so it feels really smooth.
02:52And also in this split-screen multiplayer, for two players, also 60 frames as well.

04:15So they added some of the anti-gravity features into WoW.

04:19Into Toad's Turnpike, which is really cool.
04:25So you have a ton of the cars in your way.
04:30All the cars.
04:30But now some of the cars actually have these ramp-like things.
04:34Yeah, one of them looks like a surfboard for me to jump over.
04:38There's another one that actually has like boosts on it.
04:40So you kind of want to strategize and run into some of them if you can.
04:44So Kit has the Boomerang item now.
04:47Oh, yes.
04:49And not only can you throw that in front of you, you can actually throw it behind you.
04:52Which is really cool if a shell is coming at you or something.
04:55Like right now.
04:57Just a reflex there.

05:01So let's talk about what's going on with the gamepad here.

05:04So on the gamepad you can see all the other players.
05:09You concentrate.
05:09All the other players is on your left-hand side.
05:12In the middle you have a horn and you can't really hear it, but I can hear it.
05:17And then on the right side you have like a mini screen of the race, the track, and you can
05:22also activate motion controls.
05:23Which I won't do because I'll probably miss you.
05:25Yeah, so this mini, you can sort of see like a picture-in-picture of the race.
05:28And yeah, if you hit that, that's how you switch to the off TV mode.
05:31Right.
05:32And it just looks really cool the way they've laid out the interface on the gamepad.
05:37And I was playing earlier with the Pro Controller, but there's a ton of different control schemes.
05:41You can play with the Wii Wheel.
05:44You can play with Nunchuck and Wii Remote.
05:48Obviously you can play with the gamepad.
05:50So it's just kind of up to you as a player to pick which control scheme you like the best.
05:55And you can also do the motion controls with just the gamepad as well.
