02:28like I said big day for us here at 2K and even more so for Firaxis Games

02:37and you know holding steadfast and true to their commitment to the community
02:41it's a pretty special day overall so now that we've loaded
02:45let me go back to the game and actually make planet fall
02:51so where do we want here hmm gee I don't know
02:53let's drop dead center it's pretty pretty obvious choice there
02:59so we're in the top right of the map
03:02zoom out and there we go
03:05all of our alien nests we can see looks like I'm pretty good
03:08I'm a little far away from there so I don't have anything I gotta worry about
03:12immediately course for me it's always about that old earth relic to start and
03:17then our first tech like that pioneering I'm pretty boring when it comes to the
03:22early game of Civ and I always just kind of go for the same few things so I'm
03:29going to go ahead and just automate that worker
03:32automate that Explorer it's very early game and like I said I'm not going to be
03:36able to get through an entire playthrough of this so I'm just going to kind of try
03:40and see what's around me as quickly as possible
03:45so I didn't pick the hugest map it's just four players total should I declare war
03:50right away no it's just four players total again in the interest of time and
03:56kind of getting as far along as I possibly can as quickly as I can I opted
04:01to make it a little bit smaller of a map so here we go at the virtues screen so
04:06usually I just kind of go prosperity right away but you know that's science I'm
04:10healthy right now I don't know how long I will be healthy and that's you know one
04:15of the other big things that's changed with this update is health has kind of
04:18gotten an overhaul that at least the effects from health being healthy I'm
04:24gonna go ahead and take foresight there it's very hard to talk and play Civ at the
04:29same time as as Pete Murray over at Fraxis Games can attest and you may be
04:34wondering well why why am I not hearing him why am I not looking at him again
04:39Fraxis is kind of closed down their live stream studio for 2014 they will be back
04:44bigger and better in 2015 and you can go back to watching him do a lot better job
04:53and here we go I already got another virtue I am a cultural powerhouse at the
04:58moment which isn't really saying much it is early game so looking extreme here
05:04for you guys for about an hour I'm gonna go ahead and take frugality it's very
05:07important I believe in this life and in civilization you got to be frugal and so
05:15I'm gonna be streaming for about an hour here you know kind of keep it casual one
05:19of my explorers found 20 extra culture for me inside of a resource pod so that's
05:24always good I'm kind of just turboing through here I'll get another free
05:27worker and then I won't have to worry about that for my city for a very long
05:31time I want to build that mine because mines are good and they're full of
05:34precious materials and we like what is precious so found a station and stations
05:40have also kind of been updated here in this new up in this update here so station
05:48start turn base is now 30 was 20 before station minimum allowed distance to
05:53another station is now 2 was 3 so they can be closer together now station
05:58minimum allowed distance to a city is now 6 was 5 and station minimum allowed
06:03distance to an outpost is now 5 and was 3 so some some distance updates there
06:08kind of trying make it a more enjoyable experience for all you guys and again
06:12this is based on feedback directly from the community which is you know pretty
06:17special it's not to say that every developer doesn't listen to their
06:20community but for access is pretty special in that they are very mindful of
06:24how you guys receive their games and are very open to feedback which is I think
06:29pretty pretty darn special so let's launch our orbital unit here my solar
06:34collector start getting some of that energy some of that extra energy and there we go
06:39you can see it is now above my city orbiting it keeping it safe and keeping it prosperous so I'm
06:50already discovering large chunks of the map I've got my first tech here which is
06:54pioneering and again that colonists all-important very crucial for the
06:59expansion game if I want to go wide as opposed to tall trade convoys trade
07:04vessels and trade depots now I can get my trade on and trading is very good work
07:11barge I mean I'm not really too worried about that at the moment well that algae
07:15is over there it's gonna take me a while to get my cultural borders pushed out to
07:18that point but sure why not let's go for it let's just get it out of the way
07:23it's eight turns not a big deal got my worker here I'm gonna get him constructing that
07:30next turn and I'm doing all right I'm at two health here though I am getting quite
07:36a bit of negative health gathering up and hello CEO Suzanne Fielding goodbye CEO
07:44Suzanne Fielding and I'm gonna construct my paddock I'm gonna go to the next turn
07:51and again just cultural powerhouse I got another virtue here and the thing is I
07:56I want those virtues because again the sponsor ability for LOD I'm not sure how
08:04you're supposed to pronounce that name there's one thing I'm not good at in
08:07this world it is pronouncing things so social mores let's do this get my
08:11culture up for every population I'm at a four here now in my capital city of
08:16however that's pronounced but let's edit that let's change that it's just
08:24Tinkletown let's just keep it simple you know we're simple people
08:34and give you guys a little look here at me playing the game watch me emote so I'm
08:41gonna build my trade depot and hopefully start getting my trades going and start
08:45boosting my economy because it's all about boosting your economy not much of a
08:50warmonger I'm pretty passive when it comes to playing Civ oh bunch of stuff
08:56there just got some energies got some science now we're off to research the
09:00next thing and pretty soon I'm gonna have to start deciding what affinity I
09:06want to go for so my military guy is telling me engineering right I got combat
09:10rovers I got thorn reactors repair facilities and then it tells me where
09:13that titanium is which is nice you need those metals precious metals ecology you know
09:19that's that's where my economic financial advisors coming into play tell me
09:22ultrasonic fence keep them aliens away from my precious cities vivariums good
09:27for the food boost people up my population right now with the way my culture is set
09:32up in that virtue I just took would be very good to boost my population as
09:35quickly as possible although I will take a lot of hits to my health in that way
09:40but who cares you live only once beyond earth and right now I'm choosing to go the
09:48cultural lifestyle so he just constructed that let's get him over here to build a
09:52farm and start pushing for the boosting of my population we're the baby boomers of
10:00beyond earth so let's see here I finally just made my older earth relic which is
10:04my Dave Hinkle turn first first building staple so let's see plus one culture from
10:10relics or all relics free maintenance well I'm not worried about the
10:13maintenance because I won't finish this game so let's take the culture culture is
10:19great you know again the sponsor I'm playing the faction I'm playing I want to
10:25speed down that virtue tree culture is what allows that to happen and it also
10:31helps my borders expand and thus my tile set what I can control and what I can
10:41harvest from the resources around me it's all determined by culture so let me go
10:49ahead and look gotta watch that you see my me zooming around the map so we're just
10:58going to go back to full screen gameplay here because who cares what I look like
11:02when I'm playing Civ all right we got a new quest decision I can decide a station to
11:08charter so if I approve Hikima station it will fall and it will provide three food
11:14in one culture for any trade route or Lala Bella will give me four culture just
11:20straight up again what are we going for culture that's what we want that culture
11:24so let's do that and here we are another virtue to decide oh equal to 30% of net
11:33positive health all right I like that let's go ahead and institute the
11:38creative class sign up for creative class 101 and you will get yourself a lot of
11:42culture all right we've got somebody else joining the party here who are they
11:48what do they want they are he is a guy in this game and so I ignore him I just
11:59got my
12:00ecology which you may be wondering wait wasn't that called something else before
12:04and it was it was called alien biology but now it's called ecology and it actually
12:09includes clear miasma the ultrasonic fence which is very good because it keeps the
12:14aliens at a distance from your cities whatever cities have an ultrasonic
12:19defense built in them and then vivarium for our population growth so let's see I'm
12:24going to go into the city screen and cue some stuff up which I need to activate
12:28there and show you can see what I've already got in the city right now so I
12:32got my trade depot older earth relic my clinic my headquarters I want to get to
12:36the point where I can purchase a trade convoy because I'm impatient so right now
12:42I'm going to start by going after that vivarium just wait let that build and then
12:46when I get enough cash enough energy I will go ahead and purchase that trade
12:49convoy and then start beefing up my my splendor my my get my coffers
12:55overflowing with stuff but now the key question is where do I go next I can
13:01start going for supremacy if I want to be robotic harmony is always a good choice
13:05for me I believe in a harmonious existence for all it's just a kind of a life
13:11philosophy really not so much of a gameplay philosophy physics that's always
13:15solid the launch complex observatory ranger so I'm really kind of stuck now I
13:22don't know what I want to do I mean I got to start worrying about my health
13:25because that's going to be a problem especially when I go to build that
13:28colonist soon and go somewhere else so if only there was something if there was
13:33some way for me to filter out oh see what I'm doing there filter health boom all
13:40right what do I want I want health oh love the farm lat pharma labs and the
13:43crido nurseries that's what I'm doing and now we've got this trade convoy see
13:49where he can go so uh well that's the only place he can go so that's where he's
13:57going to go
13:58lolly bella lolly bella how would you pronounce that all right it's turbo pass
14:10turns next turn next turn next turn next turn so out there still I've got my
14:15explorer just really locking it down just trying to find find things for me find
14:20places just just really document I'm gonna automate this worker which might drive some
14:25of you insane but my explorers just going out there really getting a lay of the land
14:30for me just seeing what's out there exploring as explorers are supposed to and
14:37really it's just give me a good look at the map so yeah that's where I'm at but
14:44we do have an appearance of some some alien raptor bugs up here coming in from the
14:48north it's pretty scary stuff all right finish my vivarium let's let's get that
14:55ultrasonic fence going and then I think I want another Explorer and then let's
15:02start looking at expanding can I purchase my train convoy yet
15:08I'm not gonna waste that money no I said I would but I'm not all right this may
15:14just got our genetics so come a farm labs and my credit nurseries which means that I
15:19have to change what I just set up in that city this is Civ this is
15:25constantly doubting yourself and on the fly formulating new strategies at least
15:33if you're me because you're terrible planning so I want that farm lab first
15:38and I want the credit nursery this is going to really help when I get around
15:42to creating that columnist and founding my next spot it's going to put a put a
15:48dent in my health when that happens so I want to make sure that I've got every
15:51possible boost available oh look at that another virtue I don't know if I want to
16:00take that free columnist yet I think I'm gonna wait for the next one
16:06oh that's good so let's do applied aesthetics which is earn extra energy equal
16:11to 30% of the culture you generate I'm pretty good on culture right now I'm
16:15doing 12 a turn which is not bad I mean it could be better but it could be worse
16:19too it's always important to look on both sides of a problem gene garden I need to
16:26and supremacy or purity for that and I'm very much anti-purity so I won't be going
16:30that route this looks good up here some distillery the civil crash crash I don't
16:39know how you say those things but the precog projects pretty good for health I think I
16:44still need to focus on the health right now oh that gene smelter though it's
16:49pretty solid but I'm gonna have to go through genetic design right now it's
16:52looking like anywhere I go for health I'm gonna have to just dump turns in the
16:56tech I mean lots of turns so let's just turn this off and let's look at the look
17:01at the overall picture and see where I can go from here computing is always nice
17:04missile rovers gunboats the spy agency I mean who knows who is spying on me
17:10right now and of course I could be doing some spying myself but I'm just leaving
17:14that on a table at the moment maybe I'm too trusting of people maybe I'm too
17:18trusting of rival factions and societies but you know I prefer to be
17:24that way so where am I gonna go where am I gonna go chemistry is good oh see
17:31this is the wonderful thing about the tech web is you have so many options and
17:35you have so many places to go that often at least for me I get stuck in this
17:39moment which doesn't really translate well into a live stream where you're
17:42very indecisive I do love Terrascapes oh I do love Terrascapes let's go for
17:48terraforming let's do that okay now we move on and we move on again
17:58and we move on again this is what happens when you start getting in the groove you
18:03know it's just that next turn next turn one more turn one more turn excuse and I
18:09know I said I was streamed for owners Palatine just came down there and I know
18:14I said I was streamed for an hour for you guys I would love to stream more than
18:18that but the fact that I'm at work kind of prevents that so if I was at home then
18:23I would probably be streaming for several several hours so apologies if you would
18:29like a longer stream let me know in the chat if you would always looking to hear

18:42moment things are looking all right but I got another virtue so where do I go with
18:47it could do production towards buildings get my buildings faster number cities for

19:01web I'm gonna do that then the next one would take my free colonists and then it's
19:04gonna be time to expand I usually wait till around population of like nine or ten but
19:11this time a little bit early okay here we go crucial decision so occupational hazard
19:17it's clear that the indigenous species of this planet may pose a threat to our
19:21growth though we cannot determine their intelligence their hostility has been
19:25documented moving forward we must decide how to deal with them do we attempt to
19:29domesticate the local wildlife or exterminate it I mean purity is that it's
19:33extermination route I don't have it in my heart to do that so I'm gonna have to go
19:37with domesticate it's kind of insulting to the intelligence of the indigenous life
19:42but it's the lesser of two evils there
19:49so Hinkle Town is growing it's looking good and another quest decision here vital frontier so do I
19:55want food from vivariums or science I'm not really running up this tech web running through the tech web
20:01like a crazy person I'm trying to get that population I'm trying to get more culture
20:05as you can see instantly I just got a little bit more culture there I'm getting 55 colony-wide and
20:10144
20:11needed for the next virtue but you can see right there I'm getting plus 12 from cities and plus
20:16one from excess health which is great when I build those build the pharma lab and a
20:20cryto nursery that's going to go up even more
20:25need that culture you got to have shows plus one health from clinics got to take that
20:31some more health still getting plus one from excess health but that should improve soon that should improve soon
20:42now as I am just sitting here talking playing and streaming on my own I'm not really monitoring
20:48the chat I assume you guys are doing all right as I slightly look over to my chat moderator who's

21:13available for civilization beyond earth two of the big big issues one was some individuals were
21:19unfortunately suffering from crashing issues and couldn't really play much of the game that should
21:24be resolved now with this update which is really great really great thing and hopefully you guys will
21:30jump in and find the game to be as much fun if not more than I have found it to
21:34be and the other big
21:36thing was certain monitors with 144 Hertz refresh rates had resolution issues and that has also
21:44been addressed so hopefully now you guys are finding this did not only be more balanced more in tune
21:50experience from what you would like to get from beyond earth but also you're able to jump in and play
21:55for hours and lose sleep and damage relationships with loved ones and do all the wonderful things we
22:00all love to do when a civilization game launches so now it's finally time for me to take my colony
22:05initiative and take my free colonist and I'm going to do that and ooh plus one energy from trade depots
22:13or plus one production let's do the energy I need cash right now I'm not producing that much all right
22:19I've got an explorer here just go go explore go find your way and oh I did not see you

23:44for this but I'm gonna automate them too a lot of automation going on I need to map the world

23:49I decide how I want to rule it it's important oh we got a little uh resource pod up there

24:04plantation this is bare yeah let's just drop it here yay I got a free soldier from founding my

24:20so you know it's not necessarily the best strategy but it's the only one I've got

25:12so let's uh let's build a worker so we can get them ready for the next next town and then

25:47there is uh this is extremely hard to talk play and look at patch notes just in case you're ever
25:57trying to do this yourself at home at some point and you're wondering hey how difficult
26:02is it to play civilization talk and read patch notes I mean pages pages of patch notes here I
26:10mean that's that's the thing that I really want to animate and kind of get across to you guys
26:14is that you know this is a hefty hefty update there are a lot of improvements you know feedback uh
26:25there's there's a lot that's gone into this latest version of civilization beyond earth and again you
26:32know as a fan myself just hats off to Firaxis for doing a great job and you know listening to
26:39the
26:39community and and really making sure that they're uh that that all of your guys opinions and voices are
26:45heard it's you know truly a special studio it's you know my favorite uh studio I mean I just I'm
26:53so
26:53happy to be part of it and yeah so here we are checking out the latest the latest version of
27:00beyond earth um I'm not even at academies yet so I can't do that finishing expeditions I've not done
27:07a single expedition so I don't think that's really worth going into tile improvements it's not bad I
27:13mean we can get especially with that next city when that pops up that'd probably be pretty good and
27:19and then that'll let me go to border expansion yeah let's do that let's go this way prosperity
27:24for all can I I can't change the name yet um well that's unfortunate why are you guys messing
27:37with my drones oh man this is just not good my drones are just getting attacked from all sides here
27:47run away get out of there um all right another trade convoy so what do we want here go to

30:31earth players
30:31huge fall update has just dropped on the game and uh it includes a ton of different changes to
30:37the game based on feedback from you guys which is uh well I guess me too um because I am
30:44part of the
30:44community as you are and it's it's all this all this feedback and all these changes that uh players have
30:50called for since launch and Firaxis has kind of been combing the reddit threads going through
30:55sip fanatics checking out the wikia pages um everywhere the steam community forums everywhere that
31:01civilization fans congregate uh we're you know taking your feedback they're taking your feedback
31:06to heart um as if I made the game uh they're taking your feedback to heart and they're they're
31:10you know very happy and uh yeah I mean it's just a really great thing um the patch addresses a
31:18bunch
31:18of technical issues as well so it's not only just feedback so if you were somebody who was suffering
31:22from crashing you should hopefully have no longer have issues with that um if you were part of the 144
31:29hertz
31:29uh resolution issue crowd uh you'll find that that issue has also been you know that bug's been
31:34squashed so now you'll find a more complete uh uh you know well an actual experience that you can play
31:40um if you were unable to play up until now so uh very very cool stuff very awesome and uh
31:47very very happy

33:32could do a queue um two more and then i'm going to have to switch over to a development project

33:40that city because uh it's going to be too much for the upkeep i'm already operating at negative two
33:48the health is in the gutter but my culture man my culture is something else pretty soon
33:57everyone is going to be wearing my space suits and listening to my space tunes um if you're if
34:04you're a brave new world player you will get that but uh for extopia thriving one turn away from growing
34:12looking good feeling good doing fine all the time

34:28relationships but i feel like you brought it upon yourself this is uh this is your choice it's not my
34:38choice you decided to take this route with your life i'm just trying to just trying to get by one

36:07new health updates uh i guess you could say that are included in this big fall update here uh alien
36:14preserve is going to get built next virtue hold on let me pick my stuff and i can talk to

36:19about these things uh pioneer spirit oh yeah so that's going to help all my

36:33uh i say words and stuff and things it's going to help my new cities here get get their cultural

36:50there's a uh conflict around my explorer over here which i don't like conflict new city connection

37:34uh so again yeah the health thing so let me just kind of uh run this down for you guys

37:56health effects balancing so from negative 20 to negative 70 which yowza i would like to see someone
38:04at negative 70 health and not like dead uh production is penalized negative one percent per
38:10point with a total max of negative 50 percent um that's crazy so right now my production is being
38:18penalized negative eight percent so that's not good uh uh if i'm in negative 20 to negative 70 right now
38:25i'm at negative eight uh if i'm at negative 15 and negative 65 enemy covert ops intrigue is increased
38:31plus two percent per point with up to plus 100 percent um again yowza that's insane uh and so from
38:41negative 10 to negative 60 science is penalized negative one percent per point up to 50 percent
38:46total from negative five to negative 55 for health culture is penalized negative one percent per point
38:52with up to negative 50 percent so right now i'm in the range of negative five to negative 55
38:57so that is what's happening to my uh crazy cultural based civilization so as much as i am
39:06pumping out the culture i am also suffering penalties uh so i have veterancy here uh the 50 points yeah
39:16let's do that and then hopefully he can survive long enough to run away run away um so what else
39:22uh from
39:23zero to negative 50 outpost growth is penalized negative two percent per point up to 100 uh negative
39:28100 percent um again you know i'm not going to go through all these because that would just be silly
39:33but all of the patch notes are available on civilization.com we have a blog over there uh i think
39:39you should read it um not just because i'm the one who writes it but because it's a cool blog
39:43and it's
39:43got a lot of awesome stuff on there and uh awesome stuff is what the internet runs on awesome stuff

41:16civilization.com the blog there uh there's all they've also been posted to uh steam so it's an
41:23announcement under the game and steam page either the store page or the community hub which houses
41:29the forums and uh all the other lovely play uh lovely discussion that's going on there from
41:34civilization fans it's also also been posted on civilization.wikia.com which is another great
41:39fan community uh for civilization we also posted them on reddit we have our own subreddit which is
41:46reddit.com slash r slash civ beyond earth all one word and uh we have a very very huge contingent
41:53there which is awesome a lot of fans there i love posting there i love reading stuff
41:57um looks like we got an update uh an upgrade here so uh it doesn't really matter much because we're
42:04getting close to the end here um and then civfanatics.com which is you know a huge massive forum and
42:10community for all civilization games so if you're uh a civ5 fanatic civ4 civ3 um civ2 civ1 should i keep
42:20going uh if you're a fan of any of the civilization games or sid meyer uh and his projects and
42:26his studios
42:27work then you know that's that's a place you want to go register sign up and become part of the
42:32discussion a lot of great stuff going on over there a lot of great people doing great things great great
42:37great great great great great so uh all those places you can find a full patch notes pour over them
42:43talk about what you like what you don't like um but you know most importantly just jump in the game
42:49and
42:49play just just get in there and experience it get your hands dirty get get stack the stack the alien
42:56corpses hi if that's the kind of person you are just get in there and check it out see how
43:00it is
43:00and let us know i mean if if this patch is any indication and it is uh is that fraxis
43:06is always
43:07listening they're always trying to improve their experience and and you know satisfy you guys the fans
43:12i mean they are very much fans of their fans to quote garth deangelis from fraxcon so uh let's uh

43:28uh i'm kind of thinking about just tanking the whole thing like getting up to the last two minutes and
43:32then just trying to attack central um i just just realized i don't have a spy agency i haven't done

43:49that maybe before i'm done i can build spy agency and then see how badly people have been spying on

43:54um because you know it's uh it's the future and you don't really need spies in the future we've evolved
44:01beyond spying my civilization has we're living that utopian star trek style lifestyle here we don't have
44:08money everybody drinks earl grey tea hot um and we're just we're just having fun and being very
44:19afraid of klingons uh trade routes keeping them going keeping my people happy and prosperous
44:30so uh my automation you laugh at my automation but look at this
44:34i'll have this map plot it i'm at 80 turn 84 and i almost see the whole world
44:40so i don't know if that i don't know if that's good or not but how quickly can you see
44:44the world
44:45how quickly do you map it how much better at sieve are you probably a lot
44:54but i'm doing well enough doing well enough
45:01one more turn one more turn one more turn
45:08fraxotopia is growing fraxville is growing
45:14coming a bustling little uh little empire here
45:22and you know you don't you don't have to murder your way to the top you can just
45:25prosper you can turtle up and just build build build and do all right

45:40cryo nursery new virtue so i turn my health around thanks to mind over matter which is probably my
45:48favorite virtue excuse me in this entire game because it gives you plus seven health
45:54um so uh any other virtue it could have been called whatever as long as it does plus seven health
46:00i love it and i want it in my life so uh nature's bounty let's do that maybe i can
46:06get to joy from
46:07variety before the end here um oh and i'm at zero i'm zeroed out on health at the moment
46:14uh my population might have to just start destroying soldiers just erase marines

48:35and uh changes that differentiate beyond earth from previous civilization games most notably
48:41civilization 5 because these games are very different so check those out and uh you know

49:42and hopefully you're playing it right now not watching me or if you're watching me you're pumped
49:49to go play it yourself as soon as you possibly can as soon as possible given whatever the circumstances
49:58of your day are be it school be at work be it work school or school work which are totally
50:05different
50:06things and and real words that i didn't just mash together some half hazard way um and hats off to
50:13pete murray who is able to do this on a consistent basis and talk eloquently and play this very deep
50:21cerebral game and not sound terrible like me so you know salute to you there pete
50:30and again for access themselves we'll be back in 2015 it sounds like the tagline uh from a movie to
50:36another oh there's a worker building the terrorscape oh i love terrorscapes just love it just bring that
50:41lush lush lush greenery wonderful tropical tiles to this arid arid world um but for access will be
50:52back in 2015 manning their own streams once again and oh look at that i did get the joy from
50:58variety um
51:00doing uh doing their own streams again in 2015 after they update their uh live stream so um and oh
51:10i'm in
51:10the hole there these terrorscapes are not cheap they're not cheap and worker automation they like
51:17to build the terrorscapes which is cool with me because again we're kind of wrapping up the stream
51:23here and uh so i didn't really get up to anywhere in the uh affinity chain i didn't get really
51:30i mean
51:30i'm kind of supremacy i got one in harmony but um this is this is civilization it's
51:42oh spy agency
51:46well maybe before i'm done we will be able to see
51:50how far along the spying game is excuse for franco
51:54trade convoy resume previous sure
52:11so some of the stuff about covert ops that i really get a chance to uh talk about since uh
52:16i didn't
52:17really engage in any covert operations myself um there are of course you know based on feedback from
52:22you guys excuse me um you know fraxis did make some uh changes to the way covert ops are uh
52:30there was an
52:30exploit before be exploit before where uh you know people could establish network over and over and over and
52:37again and uh you know kind of bump up the intrigue that way um so no longer is that the
52:44case now uh
52:44established network has a zero difficulty and produces zero intrigue so no more exploiting that
52:50which is uh pretty great um i know that was a big issue for some who were kind of saying
52:55oh you know you
52:55can just kind of spam that and then all you do is coup d'etat uh capital and then rinse
53:01and repeat and
53:02that's you know that's the covert ops uh exploit and now that's no more so uh covert ops is is
53:09uh more
53:10of a a deeper system now where you have to you know actually plan and plot your covert ops and
53:17be sneaky
53:18be sneaky in your spine plan it out so uh it's very nasty exploit that is thankfully gone and again
53:24we wouldn't have uh you know fraxis wouldn't have uh uh you know known it was such a big issue
53:29uh had
53:30not the community stepped up and really been vocal about uh some of the changes that need to happen and
53:36some that would make them happy and uh yeah so again really really awesome really special day with
53:42patch here the update now live and uh based you know all on feedback from the community so you know
53:48keep providing that feedback in in the civ beyond earth subreddit and civ fanatics forums on the 2k
53:54forums and the steam community forums on civilization wikia on uh civilization.com blog um you know
54:04carrier pigeon i think firaxis got a couple of them show up a little note tied around their ankles uh
54:10uh do pigeons have ankles what do you technically call that is that the talon the the above talon
54:16i don't know what you call that thing but they they've they are listening they are watching and uh
54:23they are anticipating more and more feedback um and you know very excited for feedback based on
54:29all these changes now that have been instituted uh so again very hefty patch today available right now
54:36steam will automatically update for you if not try rebooting your steam you can also verify local
54:41files and that'll hopefully uh go ahead and force the update if for some reason it's not automatically
54:48updating for you let's go back to full gameplay don't need to look at me
54:58so not terrible little society i've got going here i've got plus nine health and uh i'm getting plus
55:06two excess culture for my excess health plus 56 produced by cities so my culture game is tight right
55:13now i got a lot of culture going my people are pretty great um let's go with propaganda
55:20to protect your gotta love that propaganda so oh fraxotopia has been getting a little intrigue
55:26going on there people are trying to spy on my stuff i don't like it so i'm going to sign
55:31everybody
55:31in my own cities and keep them safe not too worried about checking out what others have you know
55:38green eye of envy does not affect franco iberia we're very an internal people um we are lovers of
55:47ourselves before you love yourself you have to respect yourself just remember that all right so coming

56:21real big thing uh health is always a worry for me personally in my own uh play my own play

56:27of passive aggressiveness uh just like in real life i'm very passive aggressive but uh you know it's it's
56:35very good very good tweaks there and i'm very happy with how that's working so oh yes please sir
