In this video, I'll show how to fix the problem of GTA V not launching, GTA V doesn't start.

PART I
1. Open the game folder
2. Select "GTA5"
3. Right-click "GTA5"
4. Click on "Properties"
5. Click on "Compatibility"
6. Check "Run this program in compatibility mode"
7. Click to show the options
8. Select "Windows 7"
9. Check "Run this program as administrator"
10. Click on "Apply"
11. Click on "OK"
12. Scroll down
13. Select "PlayGTAV"
14. Right-click "GTAV"
15. Click on "Properties"
16. Click on "Compatibility"
17. Check "Run this program as administrator"
18. Click on "Apply"
19. Click on "OK"
In the specific case of the "PlayGTAV" executable, do not check the option to run in compatibility mode or select Windows 7, because if you do this, the game will not launch and you will get an error message saying that Windows 7 is no longer supported.

PART II
1. Go to "Documents"
2. Open "Rockstar Games" folder
3. Open "GTA V" folder
4. Delete the "settings" file

PART III
1. Go to the Internet
2. Search for "Microsoft Visual Redistributables 2010"
3. Download the 86x and the 64x file
4. First, run the 86x installer
5. Click on "Install" or "Repair"
6. Now, run the 64x installer
7. Click on "Install" or "Repair"
8. Restart your computer
