00:47With our unprecedented partnership with Lucasfilm, and the extraordinary talent and technology
00:52of our team, DICE, our vision is to deliver what we consider the most authentic and realistic
00:58Star Wars universe ever created for a video game.
01:02The team at Lucas really opened up the vault.
01:04We visited their famous Star Wars archives, as well as the real locations where the films
01:08were shot.
01:10Thanks to photogrammetry technology and the powerful Frostbite game engine, we're able
01:14to deliver players amazing digital replicas of the original Star Wars movie models, with
01:18a lifelike authenticity never before seen.
01:23From the lush forests of Endor all the way down to stormtrooper helmets and rebel blasters,
01:28the level of detail we're able to achieve is simply stunning.
01:33But what you see is only half the experience.
01:35We also visited Skywalker Sound, where our audio team got access to the original movie sound
01:40elements.
01:41When players pick up a lightsaber or step into an X-Wing in Star Wars Battlefront, we want
01:45them to experience that same childlike sense of wonder we all felt when we saw the movies
01:50for the first time.
01:52From epic 40-player multiplayer matches, to fighting side by side with a friend via split screen
01:57or co-op.
01:58Star Wars Battlefront will let you live out and create your own Star Wars Battlefront.
