00:24and the keeper's having to do with, don't do that as officials.
00:32The reason they do it, by the way, so they do it for prevention,
00:36but they also do it because they can't give a foul while the ball's not in play.
00:40So the biggest thing for me that I would do is I would change the rule that when the ball

00:45or in the quadrant of the corner ready to be taken, if you say that ball is now in play,
00:52all that grappling stuff can then, it doesn't need to be intervened, it can be punished.
00:57Or you can give the penalty or the free kick rather than, and I think that would save two, three

01:05because I don't know about you, I mean, it's one of my pet peeves when there's a corner
01:11and the corner doesn't get taken for two minutes because the ref's had four different conversations.
01:15And the reason is because he can't give the free kicks or fouls because the rules won't allow him to.
