00:04Psychologically, I have to be prepared in the good moments, continue in the bad moments,
00:08forget it and go to the next one. Always learning in the good and the bad moments,
00:12in the victories and defeats. And of course, the opportunities, the 22 times we go to Wembley,
00:18in semi-finals, finals in 10 years, so it's not bad enough. Being there is an honour,
00:22and a big challenge. Champions League won all the games in the group stage,
00:27and just draw the last one, the previous in Leverkusen, and the Premier League lost a few games.
00:35So, exceptional team. So, big challenge for us to see how it's our level.
00:41To all the preparation and all the enjoyment in the next 48 hours to get to Wembley in the best
00:47possible way,
00:48and really prepared and confident that we're going to make it happen,
00:51it's focused on that, basically on that, and that's it.
00:54In this profession, you are constantly learning, constantly evolving.
00:58I had the incredible privilege to work with Pep for four years,
01:02and all the staff and an amazing club.
01:05And that remains part of me, because it was part of the journey,
01:08and what I am today as a manager.
01:10But that means that you have to continue to evolve and improve constantly.
01:14a very attractive and interesting style.
01:17Which makes it then, again, complicated as well,
01:20because we only have, what is it, 62 hours of rest in between,
01:24where we put an enormous shift Wednesday in terms of physical performance.
01:31Brighton has always been the team, with their former managers,
01:36and definitely with this manager as well, who always want to play,
01:38who always want to bring the ball out from the back,
01:40who are going to make it a very intense game,
01:43because they've also seen how intense our game was,
01:45with their fans behind them.
01:48So, we've played them already twice this season, I think.
01:51And both games were fascinating, interesting, high tempo, high pace,
01:56because we faced a team that wanted to play with us.
01:59It's a tough game, it's a tough place to go.
02:01They're on a really good run of form.
02:04So, yeah, difficult game.
02:07You know, we're obviously going down there, we've had a good run,
02:10and the boys are in good shape.
02:12But, yeah, always a difficult game.
02:16Always has been, and probably always will be.
02:18So, we know that, you know, they're a really good team,
02:20well coached, and really well coached, and good energy.
02:24So, we know we're in for a game down there.
02:26When you lose games, it's always a damage attached to it.
02:30But there's also, me, I'm learning about the team,
02:34I'm learning about myself, and my staff, and the club.
02:37And I learned a lot this week.
02:39What I do now is that there's a resilience and a determination
02:42to put things right for myself and the team.
02:45And we'll see in the coming weeks what happens,
02:48which I'm very, very confident about.
02:49I've lost games in many jobs, like all managers have done,
02:53but I've always found a way to come through that.
02:54And now, we're at that point again, where I think, as a group,
02:57we need to find a way to fight at Everton
03:00and come through a difficult period.
03:01And we're all in it.
03:04So, how are we doing that?
03:04To be honest, we're all in other teams.
03:06And we're all in it.
03:06We're all in it.
03:09We're all in it.
03:10What is this feeling?
03:10What is that feeling?
03:11We're all in it.
03:11Here we go.
03:12To the beginning...
