00:03I think what it is about the preparation and the preparation gives you confidence and the right
00:09emotional state to get to the game with the belief and the conviction that you're gonna
00:16win it and after that you have to have the right to do it. They've done different things,
00:21they can change throughout the game, they have the players and they have a manager that it's
00:25very comfortable doing that so we are prepared, we can now be prepared in the possible scenarios
00:30that we can face throughout the game and then try to be better than them.
00:34They see the great work that he does and they support the process with which he's worked too,
00:38they're an incredibly well coached team in every aspect of the game, whether they compress really
00:44high, they're compact shape in the low blocks, they're fantastic defensively, obviously set
00:49plays, they're real coached and they play very good football as well, they're all around very good
00:53team and that's why they're in the situation they're in at the moment, it's my job and
00:57the players job is to try and find that weakness and try to enjoy what's going to be a really
01:02really big game on Sunday.
01:03In 10 years there have been not many times since Marcelo Biasa, you know, promoted the
01:11Premier League, we have been there, you know, it has been an incredible stadium, goodbye
01:15and Rodis Allen Road and Daniel made a lot of results, you know, going to Stamford Bridge
01:26or Villa Park and got results and they have even the plus that his own crowd, but we are
01:36ready to do this challenge again.
01:38We understand at this moment of time how difficult a winning game in general is, doesn't matter
01:47where they're positioned in the league table, but it was an important win over there, a good
01:51win, we played well as we did so many times, but this time it also resulted in a win and
01:57from
01:59that moment onwards we've only lost twice and twice worse in extra time, but that's not something
02:05true for us this season, but the good thing is last week of course we scored an extra time.
02:11You've got to kind of earn that, you've got to show you're good enough and I think that's
02:13why when you have time of success or you achieve success it's warranted, you know, and to show
02:20how tough it actually is to get it, so it lays a focus on kind of what's ahead for us,
02:24you know, there's no point in us looking elsewhere, you know, we know where we want to be,
02:28we know kind of what we've got to do to get there and the performance level and the games
02:32that are coming up where we want to try and get the right results, but I think looking
02:38what else is going on around Europe at this point is not really going to help us, but it's
02:43certainly where we want to be.
02:44Well, we're not quite ready to give up that what ambition is to try and make Europe, so
02:48we don't want to give that up, we're going to try and keep going for it, why would we
02:52not? I could easily turn up here and say, hey by the way we're having a pretty comfortable
02:56season so let's forget about it, but it's the opposite, we're definitely trying to keep pushing,
03:02I think I said a few weeks ago we'll need to win some big games on the journey if we're
03:06going to do that, and we've got a really big game at Newcastle coming up tomorrow.
03:11I think he's done a brilliant job, I think everybody knows that, I think he's given Newcastle
03:16success, he's won a trophy with them, you know, he's getting them in European football,
03:20which I'm sure all the Jordys are happy to be watching.
