00:00When you have more info about what the manager or the opponent does, you have to give more info to the players.

00:11When you don't have any info, don't give info to the players and focus on yourself.

00:16Maybe with a line-up tomorrow you'll have an idea.

00:19You can have some idea of what Middlesbrough has done or when Michael was in a few games.

00:25It was his first part as a manager at Man United, but tactics are about the players,

00:34and the players that have United tomorrow don't play differently than Middlesbrough.

00:38So make an analogy to say what you're going to suggest, I don't know.

00:43It's a great feeling for me to be in this position.

00:47I played different roles for this club and learned to fall in love with the club for so long.

00:52It's a massive part of my life.

00:54I think certainly improvement and helping improve individuals.

00:57I think a big part of what I really enjoy is improving individuals.

01:01And in the end, I think if you improve the individuals, you know, we create a better team.

01:05And yeah, listen, results, you know, that's what it is.

01:08There's an element of performance, there's an element of improvement,

01:11and there's an element of doing what it takes to win in certain ways, in certain occasions.

01:16So certainly higher up the league, we finish.

01:19We want to keep pushing and finishing higher up as we possibly can.

01:22Ideally, we want to plan, okay, for this game, we think this player could be better and the load.

01:27And some of the times it's just impossible and you have to go game by game.

01:32We have more players back now.

01:34We have better options and that's very helpful because obviously we've been giving game time to almost every player.

01:39A top coach, really good at what he does.

01:42You can see straight away the fingerspring in the team, the way they play, the results that they got against some of the big teams as well.

01:49How difficult they're constantly making you so experienced in the league.

01:54So a very tough match.

01:55He's always been really passionate about the game.

01:57He's got a lot of experience in coaching in different roles.

02:00And his team are performing really, really well.

02:03I've got a good relationship with him.

02:05He's a good guy.

02:06And yeah, really not surprised at what he's done so far with Brentford.

02:11He's at a good club where they have a clear idea about their infrastructure and what they want to do.

02:16And analysing his team, they're in a good form.

02:19They're going to be a difficult challenge for us, but one that we're really looking forward to.

02:23It's a challenge because we're playing in the Premier League and the teams you were just mentioning have very good teams as well.

02:29And we haven't put ourselves in the most ideal position, especially if you compare it to where we were after six games.

02:36But reality is that we are competing with these teams at this moment of time.

02:41We are aware of the importance of qualification for Champions League, but that's not only for us, that's for a lot of teams.

02:45And we're also aware of the fact that the league is probably stronger than ever.

02:50So that is something where we have to do really well in the league.

02:56And of course there's the FA Cup and the Champions League to fight for as well.

03:00Aston Villa have done remarkable in recent seasons.

03:04I think they've showed great investment.

03:08They've got Aston Villa back where they want to be in around the Champions League over the last few years.

03:12in European football.

03:15So I think Villa are now beginning to challenge all the top teams now.

03:18Obviously their league position has shown how good they are and how far up the league they are.

03:22They've got an excellent manager.

03:25So there's a lot of good things Villa are doing.

03:28There's a lot of good things here.

03:29In the future, I think it's a hard time.

03:30But there's a lot of good things that are going to be in here in the UK.

03:31It's a great way to get lost.

03:32I think the island is coming out.

03:33It's a great place.

03:34My dad wants to take a lot of good things.
