A bride's father came up with an ingenious way of forever cherishing the memory of walking her down the aisle – by wearing a pair of Meta AI Glasses to capture his point of view on video. Madison Menz, 22, from St. Louis, Missouri, and dad Greg Hand, 58, share a love of religion, music and reality TV, so ahead of her wedding, Greg admitted the idea of ‘giving her away’ was bittersweet. Leading up to the big day, Greg told Madison he'd like to wear a pair of Meta AI Glasses so he could capture what it was like to walk her down the aisle. Madison didn't see the vision at first, but with her mom also thinking Greg's POV idea was "cool," she agreed to let her father wear the discreet glasses at her wedding in Pevely, Missouri, on October 17. Days after the event, Madison, who had been on such a wedding high she'd forgotten her father had even been wearing the glasses, was then treated to watching the footage back. What she saw was a beautiful, intimate series of events: hearing her father lovingly talking to her at the top of the aisle; friends and family turning around in their chairs, with all eyes on the pair; and Greg offering his best wishes to Madison's now-husband, Alex, 26, on the altar.
