00:12hello everyone and welcome to this bad blood matchup between the prince of maslon and the
00:17heir of carthage so the empire force that prince of maslon has taken has five great swords
00:23five demi-griffs of halberdiers five reichs guard and they'll be taking up his left and
00:29con il cavallo, 5 halberdiers, 5 handgunners, 5 spearmen, 5 spearmen, 2 empire captains,
00:44on flying mounts, and he has Karl Franz on deathclaw.
00:47So this is a very strong army that Prince of Masson has taken, and considering he is
00:52inspired from the great Alexander the Great, no wonder he has taken so much cavalry, which
00:57will be great for hammer and amble tactics if he can pull that off against the Aerocarfage.
01:02So let's take a look at the Aerocarfage's orc force, on his left wing he has savage orc
01:08biggins, that will be 5 of those, behind that we have 3 Ragnarok spiders, they can be very
01:13dangerous on the battlefield, he also has Azag the slaughterer on his flying mount, in his
01:19front ranks he has some savage orcs and some black orcs, and behind that he has some night
01:25goblins and also 4 doomdiver catapults.
01:30And then on his right wing he has some savage orcs on cavalry and he also has some more biggins
01:38as well.
01:40So a very strong force and one that will do very well on the offensive.
01:43So you can see Aerocarfage moving forward against the Prince of Masson's empire forces, some
01:49repositioning from the Prince of Masson, moving his halberdiers more to the centre, probably
01:54wants to deal with the monstrous creature problem he might have on his right wing.
01:59But he does have an advantage here with the high ground going down so he is moving his great
02:03swords forward, also his demigryphs and you can see he has also moved up his empire captains
02:09as well.
02:11So Aerocarfage here is going to start laying down a bit of goblin artillery as he fires
02:17his doomdivers straight into the empire forces.
02:20So let's have a watch this as they come in, you can see a bit of a blood splattering as
02:25a goblin flies straight into that precious greatsword unit of the Prince of Masson and
02:30their feet are left in the floor, kind of bloody mess but that's what you expect from a doomdiver,
02:35it's basically human missiles being fired at the empire here and they are going to be
02:40doing a lot of damage to a force which might be positioned on a hill overlooking the orcs
02:45on the right wing, definitely gives them no safety from flying goblins which are coming
02:50straight for their guys.
02:51So you can see the front line is also getting hit here, maybe not the best target in the
02:55world, spearmen and gunners but he's softening up the centre for a charge later on with his
03:01orcs and there's no better way to do it when with goblins that fly in and explode like that.
03:06You can see covering the empire troops in blood.
03:09So all this artillery fire has forced a move from the Prince of Masson and he's going to
03:13use his advantage of the hill on the right flank to charge down with his demigryphs and
03:18his greatswords.
03:19This is going to be a very dangerous moment for the Prince of Masson Aerocarfage, a response
03:24is needed by both sides and the correct one seems to go in the favour of a heavy charge there.
03:29Look at the damage that does, flying back orcs everywhere and followed up as well by greatswords
03:36on top of that and some magic as well.
03:39And this is a devastating charge and a wand, especially with the orcs being downhill, giving
03:44all the advantage to the empire player.
03:46The Ragnaroks are being thrown into combat but they're being thrown in against demigryphs
03:50with the halberdiers and this is the kind of combat that they excel in, fighting against
03:54monstrous creatures like that.
03:55And you can see they're making short work of the orcs on this left flank and this is
04:00going to be a victorious right flank attack from the Prince of Masson as he follows up
04:06with Karl Franz and his empire captains as well as they fly over the battlefield to make
04:11sure that this wing has completely folded up.
04:14As you can see they're fighting there already.
04:16and this has forced even more reaction and you see the Azagaslaura fighting for his life
04:23against those two empire captains.
04:24But it's not all in vain, archers are fighting as well.
04:27So you can see this has forced the heir of Carthage to go for a massive assault in the centre
04:32which has been softening up with his doomdivers.
04:35He's going to throw his black orcs and savage orcs into the centre here.
04:38So the orcs here are charging into the empire left wing.
04:43They've had massive casualties on the orc left so they now have to make sure that they cause the
04:48same on the empire side as their two-handed biggins just smashing into the halberdor troops causing mass
04:55amount of casualties. This is combined with the assault on the centre is a very critical point
05:00in the battle and the Prince of Masson needs to find a way to respond to this or he might
05:05find both
05:05his centre and his left flank collapsing under the sheer weight of orcs as they rush forward here.
05:12His response is going to come in the form of his Reichsguard cavalry as they charge to the aid of
05:17their
05:17troops and this is going to be a very critical moment. They can do the damage. This is going to
05:22be a
05:22solid charge and look at the orcs flying back and the blood and guts going everywhere. This is
05:27stolen the attack on the left flank and the orc assault is starting to waver. Where they're having
05:34success in the centre they have been completely stalled on the empire left and this gives some chances
05:41to more empire knights to start roaming the battlefield into the centre where the orcs are having great
05:47success and look at the success of that charge as it slams into the black orcs there and even more
05:53of them being flung out of the way of that impactful cavalry charge. So you see Gunn is still firing
05:58into
05:58combat doing what they can but that front line is being shattered by the sheer weight of black orcs and
06:04savage orcs. But the orcs have no left wing at all. It's been completely destroyed by those demi-griffs
06:11and great swords but in the centre and on the right wing they're doing okay but that cav charge
06:17from the right's guard has really stopped any momentum on that right wing and the orc cavalry
06:21itself did not get much of a charge off and is being engaged by the right's guard. So the demi
06:27-griffs
06:27back from their victorious charge on the right flank are coming back in now and they're charging into the
06:35rear of aero carfage's orcs slowing any momentum that they did have from their victory in the centre
06:42and hammering anvil tactics so and greatly effective in Total War Warhammer and that is going to be a lot
06:49of dead orcs as the reichsguard and demi-griffs knights absolutely massacre the orcs from behind.
06:56A lot of the fighting has dissolved into uh one-on-one and small melees across the battlefield one of
07:02these
07:02being Carl Franz fighting against the orc shaman here. Deathcrawl is covered in orc blood. You see
07:10great swords also coming back from their victorious attack on the flank here to to reinforce the centre.
07:16Very powerful unit in this kind of battle especially when the orcs have got so many more melee troops
07:20and see that it's completely over on one flank. Both flanks for orcs have just been completely collapsed.
07:27You see Carl Franz here on low HP getting chased by the orc cavalry. Demigris once again
07:32come to the rescue. So this will be the last roll of the dice for the aero carfage throwing in
07:39his fearsome Ragnarok. Put straight into Demigris knights and these guys have been waiting for another
07:45crack at the uh Ragnarok spiders but this is all down to these guys if they can do the damage
07:51then
07:52they might be able to pull it out but there's two of them down already cut to pieces as their
07:55HP was
07:56already low from the combat before but there's still one Ragnarok left and he's destroying,
08:02bloodying these great swords and he's just charging in, killing Demigris knights, killing great swords,
08:08making a mess of their front line for the orcs if they're going to get anything out of this battle,
08:12any revenge against the Prince of Mastermind's empire forces as they just ride down. Black
08:18orcs in combat as well along with savage orcs but you can see those flags are turning white as the
08:23orcs
08:24are starting to give up the fight. Demigris great swords and Reichsguard still dominating the battlefield
08:30with Karl Franz flying in the sky as well and it looks like the orcs are just being carved up
08:35here
08:35by these two-handed infantry murdering units and right now it just looks like the orcs are just
08:41retreating across the board and see that even the black orcs are running and that will be a valiant defeat.
08:48So the victory definitely came when the Prince of Masson attacked on the orc left flank with his
08:53Demigriffs and his great swords shattering the greenskin left flank and forced a reaction into
08:59the center and to the right which eventually was wrapped up by cavalry charges in the rear
09:05and good old hammer and anvil tactics which the Prince of Masson is so skilled in using.
09:11So Prince of Masson is victorious in this bad blood matchup between the empire and the greenskins,
09:16And he will go on to the next round to fight his next opponent.
