00:24Am I going to be able to play football again and even run?
00:28I think for me the worst stage out of all of it was when I arrived to the hospital first
00:37in New Yorker
00:38and the two surgeons took me into the room and explained his injuries
00:41and I had a panic attack and it was horrendous because it was a very severe head injury
00:50During the whole time I was in I was thinking what is this for the rest of my life
00:54I mean one moment I remember I'm running the London Marathon and now I can't even walk
01:00so it's kind of like what is happening to my future
01:03then I just remember putting on myself that I can do this and I have to just keep moving
01:08and keep positive about things
01:11so I just kept trying to move forward every day
01:14I mean it's very good
01:17it's nice to have a lot of things back that I thought a part of me would have thought I
01:21lost
01:21that I would never get this again
01:23but then again it's like you've just got to keep pushing
01:27like just if you get an accident or something happens to anyone who's out there in a hostel
01:32or even just a bit down it's not the end of your story
01:35you've just got to keep going forward
01:37I know it's hard things to say until coming from me
01:40but just keep moving forward and your life isn't done
01:44it's still there and you can get through these things and just keep going
