Rugby lover, 31, died suddenly after collapsing while on train to work

A rugby-loving 31-year-old died suddenly after going into cardiac arrest while on his way to work, his family said.

Rugby captain Max Oliver collapsed on a train between Newbury and Reading on his commute on September 5.

Despite the best efforts of an off-duty police officer and paramedics, he was pronounced dead when he arrived at hospital.

Max, who worked in sales at The Hyve Group, had just moved to Newbury with his fiancée Molly, 27, and their pet pug Gigi.

A fundraiser set up in his honour has already raised more than £41,000 - money which will go towards getting more people heart screenings.
