00:00Cosa ne penserà il pubblico dell'Eltra 2017 per quello che riguarda la conferenza di Microsoft? Andiamo a scoprirlo.
00:30I'll give it a ten.
00:31Ok, so if you would pick one highlight, overall, the whole conference, which one would it be?
00:36For me, it's Ori, because that was one of my favorite games that they made, and I think they really
00:40gave that great treatment,
00:42having this pianist come out and kind of set the mood, and I think that was a change for Microsoft
00:46when they had Ori come out.
00:48It was a big moment where they were able to kind of go all in on smaller, more emotional, more
00:54meaningful games,
00:55and so many of their other games are really big and really noisy and really shootery.
00:59I think that Anthem was the game, that game alone is worth picking up on Xbox One X.
01:06Anthem, the new Bioware game, I think that has a lot of potential to be a Destiny rival.
01:13I think it was good that Microsoft showed a lot of indie games, because a lot of people care about
01:20these smaller titles.
01:22Then again, it's kind of conflict with the whole high-end Xbox One X.
01:27Yeah, for me, it would be the backwards compatibility with the first Xbox.
01:32I would say Anthem, just because it looked absolutely stunning.
01:36Yeah, I was going along with Anthem as well, it's one of those big third-parts, like, huge open-world
01:40games,
01:40it's just going to kind of be one that you can immerse yourself in for a long time to come.
01:43It's just going to be pretty cool and it looks beautiful.
01:46Okay, so $499 for Xbox One X, is it too much? Are you thinking that you're going to buy it
01:52or you're going to pass it for a little while? How's your feeling?
01:56You know, I think it's a lot of money for a piece of consumer technology.
02:01I think once you get past the $300s and you start going into the $400s and then you start really,
02:06this is a $500 machine,
02:07I think people start to balk. It's a half a thousand dollars, it's a lot of money.
02:11I feel like if you feel it's too much, you need to make more money, period.
02:15As a consumer, it is too high. If you have a 4K TV, buy it, but if you don't, don't
02:21waste any penny.
02:22It's a little higher than what I thought.
02:25The price, I think it's a good price compared to the tech that you get.
02:29I think $500 is a fair price for what the console is.
02:34Well, I think you just look at the Switch and Zelda and if there is a good enough game, that
02:39will persuade people to spend the amount of money.
02:42It's an emotional thing, isn't it? You know, if you really love a franchise like Halo or Gears of War
02:47or Forza,
02:48then you're just going to want to play that game in the best possible quality.
02:51I don't know whether Microsoft has got that game.
02:55You know, $4.99, you know, as far as the price, you know, maybe a whole lot of people won't
02:59go for it,
03:00but to me, as a gamer, they have sold me officially on Project Scorpio.
03:06Well, I think a lot of people don't really understand. It's almost like a high-end or at least a
03:10medium-end gaming PC.
03:13Is there something that you were hoping to see in this conference that, you know, it didn't happen somehow?
03:18Yeah. Maybe a lot of more exclusive games.
03:23We need a new IP, a new huge IP, so we can break everything, you know?
03:28Yeah, the fact that you end with a third-party game that's not an Xbox One exclusive, that kind of
03:32felt weird to me.
03:34Microsoft has to push themselves more to bring games and to bring the fidelity that the fans want.
03:43But I was hoping for either Halo 6 or one other new IP of their own or exclusive one.
03:50And they didn't end with a high note.
