Milano, 17 mar.

00:00The Israeli government has accelerated unlawful settlement expansion and annexation of large
00:06parts of the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem, forcibly displacing over 36,000
00:14Palestinians amid increasing violence by Israeli security forces and settlers. Settler violence
00:21continued in a coordinated, strategic, and largely unchallenged manner, with Israeli
00:28authorities playing the central role in directing, participating in, or enabling this conduct.
00:35Longstanding and pervasive impunity is facilitating and encouraging violence against and harassment
00:43of Palestinians. The unlawful transfer of protected people is a war crime. The report notes that
00:50such acts potentially incur the individual criminal responsibility of officials engaged
00:56in them, and under certain circumstances, may also amount to a crime against humanity.
