00:00I think my most Martha-like trait is my attention to detail and making sure everything is as great
00:05as it can be. Not as good as Martha's. I do have a morning routine. I don't do a green
00:10juice. I do
00:11another juice, which is a combination of an Ayurvedic herb and some collagen and other stuff.
00:18I also do an elixir that I make and a cup of tea. So I'm on an all-liquid diet
00:24before 9am. I think
00:26Martha has a great understanding of a lot of food. I don't know anybody who is as educated and
00:33knowledgeable about a kind of Western European French-led cuisine. My favorite holiday is a
00:41Hindu holiday. It's Diwali and it's usually in October or November. I decorate the house with a
00:47lot of flowers. I love to engage all the senses. So the flowers that I pick, they are very fragrant.
00:52And then we have classical Indian music with live musicians. At my Diwali, you have all the
00:58greatest hits of Indian street snacks like Pani Puri, which is this puffed, fried little ball
01:04which you poke, put some tart and spicy liquid in, some potatoes and chickpeas in. You have to eat
01:10it all at once and it just bursts in your mouth with a cool broth that's really spicy and tangy.
01:15What's my Martha score? Turns out I'm 75% Martha. Mostly Martha.
