00:04You know, with that shift, right, in how the game is and how players are moving around
00:08so frequently, how challenging is that for you to create that depth that you may need
00:13for seasons like this when you have injuries and you might not have that experienced guy
00:18at the end of the bench that you realize?
00:20Yeah, that is a problem.
00:22You know, I addressed that, you know, a week or two ago with, you know, just I didn't do
00:27a good job at, you know, getting us deep enough with experience.
00:32I think our, you know, the players can develop into good players, but that experience at this
00:37level when you're playing 13, 14 quad one games, you need experienced guys.
00:43You know, you go to Purdue and those guys are old.
00:47Indiana, those guys are old.
00:51You know, Northwestern, you know, Martinelli's been there forever, it seems like.
00:57You know, so it is just different.
01:01You know, that experience is really important.
01:08Illinois has got a couple of young guys, but they also got some guys that have been around
01:12forever.
01:12Boswell, I mean, heck, I remember playing against him in Arizona, you know, and so they've got
01:20experience and some really talented players, you know, to mix in with them.
01:23And that freshman guard is unbelievable.
01:27So, no, it's, it is different.
01:31It's why I like Drew Carter, you know, just in his second year has been able to give us
01:37a little stability, you know, at the point.
01:41And he's having to go against some really good point guards, you know, but just being here
01:46a year, knowing our system, you know, helps him.
01:49And, and that's where the experience factor, even, either, either at the division one level
01:55or with our program makes a tremendous difference.
