Oregon Ducks' Bear Alexander Reveals Why He Transferred To Oregon
Transcript
00:00Fans will say any number of things from the outside looking in
00:06without knowing what's going on in the process.
00:08What's it kind of like having to block that out
00:10and just kind of focus on the main thing,
00:12focus on the work and just, you know, keep your head down?
00:15I mean, it's fun to block out the noise and, like I say,
00:18just get better day in and day out and be coached for real,
00:22so just ignore all the outside noise.
00:25James, from the left.
00:27Go back to your first college game.
00:29It was against these guys.
00:30And I don't know if you remember this, but after the game,
00:33two of their offensive linemen asked you how old you were,
00:36and you said you were a freshman, and that stuck out to them
00:38because they were 60-year seniors.
00:40One of them is now on this coaching staff in Ryan Walk.
00:42So just what is your journey been like,
00:45and what is it like going up against guys who he's now coaching
00:48when you played him three or four years ago?
00:51It's been a fun ride.
00:52You know, it's a similar defense,
00:53so just being able to pick up and learn the defense over.
00:57So just been able to go out and compete versus guys I'm kind of used to,
01:02like Emmanuel Pregno.
01:03So still doing that.
01:05I cannot issue you.
