In this deep dive, we explore why "starting over" isn't always the solution to a difficult workplace. Many people think that landing a new job is better than facing discomfort, but they’re actually trapped in a cycle of avoidance. If you want to build real intimacy and professional authority, you have to stop running.

The Victimhood Trap
True growth starts when you stop seeing yourself as a victim and start seeing yourself as an active participant in your environment. You are part of the equation. By recognizing your own accountability, you shift from a passive observer to someone who has the power to influence the outcome.

Your Career is a Graduate Degree
The skills of human interaction and healthy confrontation are some of the most valuable assets you can own. When you quit because things get "uncomfortable," you are essentially skipping school. Instead, treat your early career and every difficult conversation like a graduate degree. The lessons you learn in the heat of a confrontation will benefit you personally and professionally for the rest of your life.
